We, the European Union, as we have now taken you for criminal activities against common people in Europe/EU, like to offer you a concession of reduced economical punishment by a free operating system (to EU), Microsft Windows (for) Free OS! This can, by our taste, be delivered with a "toybox", for developing a competing OS sytem (from a combination of economical punishment and customs-barriers for serious competition to happen)!
