This is the effort to describe a given elephant in the European legal room by comparing the legal systems of USA and EU. It's an assumption that Norway doesn't differ much from that of Germany or France or other (developed nation). By this effort I cherry-pick certain stats, always in pairs, from Eurostat (EU-28) and FBI (USA). All of this relates to crime and the influence of crime to suicide rates among else.
The comments will show that I favour the character and traits of USA in defending the dignity of the humans living there. USA has an important advantage by the 2nd Amendment that ensures a real defence of people who have the pistol or revolver. Even in face of crime, the pistol or revolver secures a fairly painless and quick death or an injury that's fairly clean, i.e., the bullet penetrates in a straight manner often creating a mere flesh wound. Even the fractured bones from gunshot wounds should be possible to heal given some time for this.

So we see that "respectable" Norway has a good deal of crime to handle. There's no Eden here.

"Straight" USA allows its citizens to defend by handweapons, tazers and peppersprays! "Corrupt/Crooked" Europe has all this practically banned, especially after Behring Breivik. Note!

At least for suicides:
It's stated that "Approximately one-half of suicides are committed by firearm, accounting for two-thirds of all firearms deaths. [21,334 of 33,599 in 2014]"[24-reference]
Those are decent suicides! In Europe we do all sorts of crazy things in order to (finally) die because either it's the corrupt authorities hunting the suicide candidates only to get more torture on them. A corruption we in Europe usually never can do anything about because the self-protection is outlawed, that is, guns, pepperspray, tazers and killer knives. And that's after the 20 times the suicide candidates "bounce" about before they ide!
"The same article [USA Today] stated that there are far fewer homicides than suicides in the country; in fact, homicide rates have fallen by half in the U.S. since 1991."
So homicides are bad, but the numbers are improving and the victims have gotten the death by gun shot, not tortured a few times first as in Europe.
For the instances of torture in Europe, pick out the stats for murders, missing people and a good portion of the suicides who "failed" to die when tortured!
At spot no. 48 USA comes in with 12.6 per 100 000 people.
At spot no. 102 Norway comes in with 9.3 per 100 K people.
Hurray! At spot no. 123 United Kingdom comes in with 7.4 per 100 K people.
Now, from the above and given Europe's tendency to sodomy, corruption and lying for the facade, also for protection (because a wounded prey in Europe usually gets "taken" quickly).
You know, I happen to think that USA takes it (accepts the deaths, some also "beautiful"), all factors considered! (Don't say you're young, please, because then you have quite a bit of learning to do!)

The USA - Iran Relations - Diplomacy plays out..
The USA - Iran diplomatic relations play out and I intend to follow them. By the template of the conflict of Israel - Palestine of transparency to the public, I hope for better progress if pres. Obama hasn't accomplished this already.
Let's see, premise 1, we want a peaceful World with content citizens in all countries, including USA and Iran (well, well, if not happy directly). This implies progress for Iran, political, economic and social, probably. Remember that Iran treats its women fairly well, they're ahead of many other countries.
Iran stands at difficult economic situation as it sponsors or is accused of sponsoring terrorism by Hezbollah and Hamas, that's trangression against international norms.
It is currently under sanctions for its assumed intentions to acquire a nuclear weapon, something that's strongly unacceptable by the international society under the Nuclear Proliferation Treaty that's set up to prevent exactly such.
Iran (USA is good, internationally they do most correctly these days):
* Sponsoring terrorism, Hezbollah and Hamas. They use XXX dollars on this and they suffer XXX dollars in sponsoring these people who the international society see as terrorists trying to harm Israel.
SOLVED! * They hold 4 US Americans (3 for trying to smuggle drugs and one for killing a nun? True?).
* They presumably, until otherwise confirmed, by IAEA, try to acquire a nuclear weapon.
* ...
* ...
- For this, given they hold the 4 citizens unfairly (drugs are serious felonies in a number of countries, like China) and the rest, they suffer serious sanctions. Update, 2016-01-17, Iran releases the U.S. Americans, 4+1, after negotiations and a swap for Iranians being held in USA. This is great news indeed! Hurray! For a more peaceful world!
In wanting progress for all, for a World of justice and peace and careers also in Iran, the obvious aim is to work to reduce the transgressions in return for greater freedom as country and to yet again being seen as a plain country of the civilized World.
How? This is to be worked out, but as of now, sanctions are exactly just and should remain until better news. Also, Iran holds only 80 Mn people. There are limits to what they are able to do. Therefore, given their size, they need India, China, Pakistan and Russia to make the most of the "work" or change in the World, whatever this is. Further, therefore, their aim should be peaceful because they aren't able to do that much regardless. They have only this one goal in sight, namely PEACE! So let's see how they move about in the World.

The World in Human Rights - UDHR - ECHR
The Human Rights, most explicitly, by UDHR, minimally, are now everywhere in the World with a possible exception of North Korea.
Russia is with the Council of Europe and USA has still New York state with UN as one of theirs.
EU is hosting the court of ECtHR in France. The idiots have fallen off the stairs to every university in the World, at least theoretically, such that absurd objections to evident, straight in the face truths and their cases are no longer "cool to utter", even if you have been a 10 people worth cannibal under police corruption or police states (huh, do they exist?)!
So here we are with a Worldscene, with some small exceptions, ALL HUMAN RIGHTS! Legal duties have become definite and absolute under the lie detector investigations and "police questioning rooms" on the good side, carrying out the work according to procedure.

To say that legislation is passed against human rights or to subvert people is to be crazy in the work to advocate Human Rights (UDHR by UN).
Legislation can never be passed to protect, defend or cover for crime because this constitutes crime/corruption against own population, violates much international convention and agreement and does not pass the very formulation requirements themselves in being general.
The pro-Human Rights combatting must take place by combatting corruption and crime in general, that ICCt is correctly used and supported.
So to add, "heh-heh-heh, also in Norway", corrupt lawyers are very much a problem, as much as a psychiatric corrupt-minds-issue, when they in fact are relied on and are vital in offering legal services to the public as well as leading the police forces through the daily work.
What's next or what's the standing on the legal systems throughout the World? I don't know. One plain example: is the torture, also in terms of estimates, correctly reported? Also by the most important news-places, also by the most important authorities.
"Fun fact": The lyrics of "living on the edge" should have read, We're living on the edge when everybody should go up and nobody down [in terms of justice...] - emphasis on use of "should".

The Call to Stop the Efforts against Terror by Use of Military Forces!
The World with my support, by this, is now in position to demand the efforts against terrorism for STOPPED, plainly. The foundation for this is the Terror-Organisations List from EU that looks embarrassingly regional-like, that is, they are all from Middle East and Africa, except 2, with one from Europe to be soon "disbanded", and by U. S. American levels of corruption (i.e., the Financial Radicalism from them), it's easy, really easy, to understand that they can be instigated, under poverty and global injustice, toward waging terrorism. It seems to me that the questions of terrorism can be worked against in different ways than by the "terror of the Red Mask", returning the lunacy nature of terrorism nowadays, 2013, everywhere.
So the first action is to label terrorism for lunacy under poverty and global injustice.
Conclusion: the efforts against terrorism must be stopped NOW because we have achieved systematic control everywhere on the planet and that plain human nature wants peace and well-being. The surveillance possibilities are also now many, supporting heavy weapons teams of police rather than a clampdown on populations altogether.

USA work of Stanley Milgram's Learning Experiment is not needed in the World. People don't, commonly, accept torture as means for learning (and not to themselves either). (Stanley Milgram can be accused of corruption "for the door, the phone to police and on campus people and companion with the actor.)
USA work of Stanford Prison Experiment is not needed. Corrupt investigation can be a plausible objection to it and punishment is either way common-sense!
USA perception of Slipknot Laws is not needed. It's about the Payment Slip (laws) in being able to conduct work under legal protection, the working society.
USA isn't always intelligence (services) and can at times be easily objected too!

Against Unemployment
The list for combatting unemployment is (for now):
1. Weapons against unemployment: personal security (personal weapon, pistol, and other).
2. Increased security gives greater optimism and lesser corruption because people become less vulnerable.
3. Increased security gives by these two points a further increased initiative (toward industry).
4. That the people should exert pressure to make the Central Bank adjust its parameters to fit a kind of people's interest rate, one that enables moderate aggression toward investment and fighting unemployment.
5. The banks' views on investments and "come on, be part!"-mentality, also a kind of moderate lending aggression (on line with sportly aggression), possibly with a bank-to-bank competetive attitude to generate as much investments per company/corporation as possible.
6. The part that the financial network plays is a particularly active one, also by popularity inventive, possibly too, with extra support or government assurances or, indeed, "investor-insurances" by "private/public investments".
7. That the state-engagement is (pro-)active, that is supports the small profit/no profit enterprises not seen as attractive. That it also considers small losses enterprises.
8. Enterprises are "entertained" even if the work seems needlessly manual and ineffective, merely because it generates "better people tomorrow, also by the workers' kids".
9. Yes, believe it or not, the business arrangements are now more important than ever, reducing the so-called "free competition" significantly. So my recommendation is that a "social" business arrangement by singular, nationally/regionally loyal/patriot businesses and state(s) working together by the business network's organisation, fx. the French and German ones. What I'm talking about: something like Volkswagen to Germans and Renault to the French. However, the arrangements should be held to only certain types of industry. You can't demand people to turn in the small ideas, like those for a type of special store of clothing, to these BIG arrangements. We need to designate the industries to start with and for now these are: insurance, banking, car industry, energy, communications, air industry ... (the rest like these).
10. Increased coursing of the unemployed is surely recommended. Not that it generates so much "aloofness", but rather the fact that firstly sparetime becomes far more interesting. Secondly, job opportunities increase. Thirdly, with a new job, with the new knowledge, they can provide good social effects and generate new insights that may improve the workplace if not the entire company itself. Fourthly, with a new job or not, the new knowledge may have good effects on mood and that the new job can very well arise merely from this new smile with more confidence. (Don't be petty, Labour Services!)
Result as best practice: toward or virtually 0 % unemployment.
Status now: most of the unemployment is to be blamed on crime, including corruption.
Watch up: As always, leadership is an art. One has to understand the requirements for leadeship, i.e., what it takes to generate high activity industrially, again against zero unemployment (also as greater degree of happiness/satisfaction).

Over IQ Testing, The Bell Curve and the Future

It should now be noted that the question of intelligence has remained largely/wholly undecided over whether IQ could be connected with humanistic values or not! Now that I've written about insanity and other and achieved reputation more, also for other efforts, I, for one, call for decision IN FAVOUR PRO-humanistic values in connection with the IQ scale that better reflect the actual performance of intelligence with the intellectuals of the World, scientists, engineers, and writers alike, all included!

In responding to these new "contextual-intelligence" idiots, I just want to say right away that I support the testing standards of intelligence (Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale and Raven's Progressive Matrices, predominantly, also by the usual Mensa notions or conventions) and not these "contextual-intelligence" idiots. That to refer to contextual intelligence is to me a way to disguise a kind of stupidity, and the "contextual-intelligence" stories are all too easy to mock, as much as the story goes with "Magic-Moment-at-Drinking-Beer-at-the-Local-Pub" in saving the World from nuclear holocaust and acquiring this utmost /highest/ "contextual-intelligence" because at this special moment, and having trained for beer-drinking a very long time, and seeing this moment coming too, Beer-Drinking Jack from the local factory scores the "ultimate point" again!

1. The test as before.
2. An additional test array involving a kind of strongly limited personality testing, determining a kind of self-confidence
3. The testing management (as people, three perhaps) then gives an additional "aesthetic" value for "police code as requirement of corrupt personality"/"monkey-business"
Final: These 3 steps may be/should be necessary in order to spark a new debate over future progress of human kind and that subversion against this kind of (voluntary) research falls (strictly) outside academic standards. Personality is investigated in line with Jungian traditions.

It should now be noted that the question of intelligence has remained largely/wholly undecided over whether IQ could be connected with humanistic values or not! Over Camus and "The Stranger" - Entering the literary debate of early, the contrib. to Intellectuality

"The Killer of Friend" is to be a lasting reference for me over "The Stranger" by Camus of France/Algerie. Indeed, by "The Stranger" I leave no doubt in saying that to kill a friend is to kill the concept of friend!! This seems to be a hard statement AND IT IS! To pay respect to proper sentiments is TO PRESERVE THEM!

Given a slightly faulty memory, I have some restraint, but there is a suspicion of mine that there's a killer's signature in the middle of the book of Camus' "The Stranger" (according to police's standards). There's another peculiar thing about "removing" a friend who is "downward"/"on a downward trend" and it has to do with qualifying this "downward trend" of friend. I suspect they are retreating more and more from life as "everything" becomes weakness and only they maintain "a proper butcher's knife" for the real life to obtain!
I think I'm also entitled to claim that the song was produced in Kvinesdal, a neighbouring "kommune" to Farsund, because the song demanded specifics for it to be performed properly, probably implying more fame as well!

Over "The Stranger" by Camus (as in English): I've now been looking over the text of Camus, 76/77, including a word on the author himself. The text is clearly about one part "in real life" and one part in being a prison inmate for a crime. The text also carries two rather unpleasant stories over "an old boy", what I take to be a teen-ager above 15, and a story over a dog that is /forced/ to attack another dog, i.e., the dog eats dog part of real life insofar... Well, well, no clear killer signature as such from the author's mentality himself. This holds no significance either. And on the contrary, given the background of Algerie (of poverty then, most certainly), he should be left the room to sympathise with communism "for France to come down, and for Algerie to rise respectfully". Clearly, my Ad Hominems must go, as they also have NO place in common history over him as person. Also, and sympatically enough, over life matters, he describes a "Home" what can also go for the very control over every individual and the denial of general freedom for people. Not becoming any better now as we are 7,1 Bn people (7.1 US Eng.). So this is where I stand, then rather /the/ attack on general stupidity everywhere in the World with ((Perfect Lovers Slash) Perfect Strangers performed by Deep Purple, and Oceans (of Time, i.e., the Buddhistic theories of many people destinies
before my own person) rather than "Notions"!
I'd also say this further:

and that Deep Purple's solution has been to produce 2 versions while I could have seen an alternation song and these 2 or just one of them. Good?
Out of this, some people, mostly psychologists, started to get interested in people's "brain flows" and for good, I think, that you can compare the "brain flows" between schizophrenics and healthy people for example, another possible avenue as "indicator for diagnostication" and research.
The "flow" point may prove an additional point against (irrational) The Stranger by Camus under the hypothesis that the person has tendencies toward schizophrenia or "outward", but outside mental pathology, i.e., with no need for hospital care.

"Echelon" (by CIA) against the World Population Forever NO MORE!!!
It's of my opinion under former accusations of USA by "Hindenburg-New York-USA" that USA shall for all time further be (explicitly) prevented from executing such surveillance schemes as "Echelon" as they are now shown to be NO MORE than any other nation! This excludes charges going on against any nation by the International Criminal Court of the Hague and similar charges in any *national* court. Two Very Important Historical Notions to Consider - UN and USA/WW2
It must now be noted in the books out of the US American (strict) context that
it is likely that USA has drawn the Satanic Cross over Japan with its two
nuclear bombs on the southern cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki! I insist here on
religious context in comparison to objective history writing given that some may
insist that religious terms are to be kept out of history writing.
Nr. 2: It must now be clear also that USA may have had other intelligence than Trygve Bratteli when the Norwegian Secretary General of the UN played the (undemocratic/Hitlerish) trick on the Russians as he erred (in terms of democracy) in granting the US Americans the rights by the UN because the assembly needs all parties gathered in order to obtain validity! This means then, that fundamentally, the decision on giving the go-ahead to the US Americans by UN must be seen as wrong, no matter how "hindsight (idiot) wise" I (and others) may appear by this!

Note on "Equals" and "Pecking Order"
I advise people to only accept to be "equal" among friends and the "pecking order" in the hierarchical sense, by organisations, from the state leader to common bureaucrats, from the CEO to the programmer/IT administrators. Even then, the pecking order really only denotes how disciplinary reactions are to flow downward from the Company Board down to the common worker! Please, take note of this and life shines so much brighter!

I want to speculate on the reason why U.S. Americans never really can press the "Nuke the World"-button!
First of all, would the U.S. Americans be able to live with the controversy aftermath considering their very mixed society/societies, with all the ethnicities?
Secondly, are U.S. Americans now dependent on the good "energies" of foreigners now to sustain themselves?
Thirdly, there would be vast environmental impacts and would USA be able to live with this in retrospect? The full nuclear holocaust would destroy vast areas of surface terrain on land and would destroy a vast number of species in addition to the humans.
So I bet that the U.S. Americans are playing with the button in the sense that the great Atlantic and the Pacific will protect them from any aftermath effects and that they are self-sufficient with food capacities and most other minerals and mines and what have you. In theory, there might be a chance then "to create a self-delusion" to self-justify the nuclear destruction to the rest of the world, pending South America in consideration, i.e., how much of our Southies to preserve?
This is of course not entirely serious. I just want to entertain the thought with you and inform people of this notion.
I must also say that this is probably the most cynical thought you may ever get from the U.S. Americans!!! If this thought is utterly removed, the world will have nudged forward a little toward (emotional) world peace (in everyone).
One fine gesture from the U.S. Americans may be to "offer"/"allow" devastating damage to be inflicted on the themselves to remove such an absolutely idiotic thought, thus creating the military/foreign policy of "The Devastating Damage to USA" doctrine! This should make the trick, I think!
So to calm down a few people, I think we need to see an escalation before we happen to think that "U.S. Americans may be pushing the button". I also don't want our good political leaders and business leaders to lie down/back down because some idiot U.S. American is hinting toward this ridiculous notion of pushing the nuclear war button. In every case I want the fear communicated to the right people before our good political leaders and business leaders of EU/Europe/Russia(/China) are to lie down/back down!!! That is, the fear must become expressed! This is normative and please don't make any mistake about it!!!
As I understand it, MAD (Mutually Assured Destruction) has been a negative notion in that it has been the main impeller behind the missile defence shield. Thus, MAD in this sense has been the scenario that one has wanted to avoid. Now, on the other hand, I suggest that in case of the World against USA, such a scenario would be seen as so crazy that the sentiment toward MAD, i.e., in the sense of the World (exc. USA) against USA, even in USA would be seen as positive and I think this is an important difference, i.e., seeing MAD in this (new) positive sense and in the negative sense (traditionally thought of as USA vs. Russia/Soviet Union).
Because the momentum for the World (exc. USA) would of course be democracy and not the (evil) communism of Russia/Soviet Union. Thus, ethically, obviously, the World is justified in devastating/destroying USA, possibly in a MAD scenario, and reasonably so in the face of such lunacy altogether.
For world peace and democracy! Cheers!

The Work to End the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict
The Israel-Palestine conflict - Seeking to solve it!

I've written this writing (in Norwegian) to the Committee of Palestine, a Norwegian
committee, I believe, 02:44 AM (night...), Tue 16. Nov.
The writing basically consists in this:
* Why isn't the UN and the EU (among others) on the spot/in the area
with their own, coordinated, observers and work-groups (engineers and
leaders/organisers) on both the Gaza-strip and the West Bank?
[Edit, Unsp.:]
* (Loosely with/by unrealist42:) The observers should use the latest technology in their mission, possibly web-cams for observing the check-points! unrealist42 suggests the use of web-cams for monitoring the check-points directly to the internet by full publicity. This may be too radical, but a moderated use by the observers can be a valuable contribution! Indeed, the latest technology should be applied as in all other (modern) countries so that Palestine can enter contemporary standards on all fronts, including industry! [End of edit.]
* There should be an updated map for the areas of conflict where (as on
the Google maps) one can find check-points, surveillance cameras,
the Wall, the settlements, special conflict-zones, operating UN/EU/others'
activities and all other activity (like "finally" imported goods to the Palestine
areas)!
* I also think there should be a COMMON web-portal for this conflict that is leaded
by UN (in the same fashion as WWF's web-presence). Here I suggest that all activities, in progress and in planning, are being presented/communicated. One should also emphasise the importance of transparency (no side "fools"/"undermines" the other).
* One may also have a money-effort surveillance page under this common portal that displays the actual effort (and direction) to the Palestine areas (and in the long run seriously undermines any hidden support for the tunnels into the Gaza-strip).
* One may also have a "tally" count on the number of people involved and what they do!
* I may come to add more points as we go, but I must say that I think the quality of the "engineering" work for ending this conflict could have been far better and had a better progression! I hope this improves in the immediate future!

* An addition to this writing on this forum: It should be a standing requirement that the representatives for Palestine accept Israel as a Jewish state on EQUAL footing as Palestine probably announces itself/looks upon itself as a Muslim state (i.e., the sound/massive support of Hamas, a rather (moderately/strongly) Islamic oriented political party). Poor people also tend to mind religious matters more strongly than fx. the affluent Europeans without this being a point, but rather a remark one can lend one's eye to.
* Also, I think the Israeli rhetoric has improved greatly for the last month or so. Though, it's seen as quite provoking that they push on these settlements to this degree.
* One report I've read, says that Israelis choose the settlements mostly for economic reasons and it should be possible to change this incentive or at least highlight it.
* (Loosely by Typist:) The world should support both Israel and Palestine as equal/symmetric states. Hopefully spurring both nations into prosperous, peaceful economic cycles of partnership, cooperation and to the service and benefit from and to the world.

* In relation to the conflict (I-P), I'm also interested in the status of the Palestinian airport and the arrangement for Palestinians to communicate with one another between the Gaza strip and the West Bank. I'd also like to know the routines for moving between these two areas (physically, as the areas are indeed physically apart).
* Communications do include phone connections, mobile and "regular", as well as internet. I'd also include the aspect of communications from the Palestinian areas and to the world at large!
* It must be pointed out that despite the long coast line of the Gaza strip, the Palestinians have no harbour whatsoever! Even the fishing vessels have come under fire or harassment from time to time. There is no problem in conceiving an Israeli administration of a Palestinian harbour during a period of transition!
* There should be no problem in incorporating these concerns into this web-portal if only as static reports or points. [End of edit.]

* It should be mentioned that as Israel is a perpetrator and that it is reluctant to acknowledge valid borders to Palestine, its victim, this may be pathological and the issue should therefore be openly demanded as a few countries already have recognised Palestine an own state. Thus the next point on my "list" for an underlying plan to highlight steps that are needed, is that Israel makes it clear what borders it recognises so that this "pathology" can be safely scrapped, which is most welcomed by the whole world, I assume.

Note I side with Turkey over the verdict that "leaked copy of the United Nations report ... But the report also concludes that Israel's naval blockade of Gaza is legal - a move that has angered Turkey" because I think there's no convention (legal) or precedent for such a "legality" in international relations. On the other hand, I suspect "the Patient of Palestine" is suffering under "the Doctor, with split personality", overtly Israel and USA, and covertly, EU and Norway and Colombia shoved in by FDI (foreign direct investment, handler: USA) and "blackened Arab personality/corrupt money (sorry to suggest this). Solution: be aggressive on expressing frustration to friendly/charitable nations so that they can relay the political pressure, both media and diplomatic toward the _un_friendly nations! Good?

On Israel and 900 new settlement-housing units planned in East Jerusalem: In light of the planning of 900 new housing units, I call for "cautious" sanctions against Israel on all sorts of signal products as Champagne and Parma-ham for their _consistent_ undermining of solutions with their neighbouring Palestinians. This should be discussed at UN. And even though this definite undermining of disciplinary reactions to Israel by USA takes place, I think the other nations are fully entitled to announce their dissatisfaction, thus _increasing_ global pressure against Israel for getting more serious in the conflict. The sanctions can be justified citing worldwide security concerns as incitement for conflict and the obvious idiot will to this incitement by the Israeli. This means that I hope these countries can come together and give these declarations against Israel despite the idiot vetoing by USA for making the full _other_ 6,5 - 7,0 Bn (Billion!) people heard and that _they_ (not USA) get to give this dearly welcomed voice to the Palestinians and their cause for a rightful state with some borders if not directly the 1967 borders to start with! Cheers!

The Israelis should be well aware also of the possibility to build larger housing complexes and especially _taller_ so that NO people need to live on occupied territory/settlements obstructing peace with the Palestinians.

I've written this writing (in Norwegian) to the Committee of Palestine, a Norwegian
committee, I believe, 02:44 AM (night...), Tue 16. Nov.
The writing basically consists in this:
* Why isn't the UN and the EU (among others) on the spot/in the area
with their own, coordinated, observers and work-groups (engineers and
leaders/organisers) on both the Gaza-strip and the West Bank?
[Edit, Unsp.:]
* (Loosely with/by unrealist42:) The observers should use the latest technology in their mission, possibly web-cams for observing the check-points! unrealist42 suggests the use of web-cams for monitoring the check-points directly to the internet by full publicity. This may be too radical, but a moderated use by the observers can be a valuable contribution! Indeed, the latest technology should be applied as in all other (modern) countries so that Palestine can enter contemporary standards on all fronts, including industry! [End of edit.]
* There should be an updated map for the areas of conflict where (as on
the Google maps) one can find check-points, surveillance cameras,
the Wall, the settlements, special conflict-zones, operating UN/EU/others'
activities and all other activity (like "finally" imported goods to the Palestine
areas)!
* I also think there should be a COMMON web-portal for this conflict that is leaded
by UN (in the same fashion as WWF's web-presence). Here I suggest that all activities, in progress and in planning, are being presented/communicated. One should also emphasise the importance of transparency (no side "fools"/"undermines" the other).
* One may also have a money-effort surveillance page under this common portal that displays the actual effort (and direction) to the Palestine areas (and in the long run seriously undermines any hidden support for the tunnels into the Gaza-strip).
* One may also have a "tally" count on the number of people involved and what they do!
* I may come to add more points as we go, but I must say that I think the quality of the "engineering" work for ending this conflict could have been far better and had a better progression! I hope this improves in the immediate future!

* An addition to this writing on this forum: It should be a standing requirement that the representatives for Palestine accept Israel as a Jewish state on EQUAL footing as Palestine probably announces itself/looks upon itself as a Muslim state (i.e., the sound/massive support of Hamas, a rather (moderately/strongly) Islamic oriented political party). Poor people also tend to mind religious matters more strongly than fx. the affluent Europeans without this being a point, but rather a remark one can lend one's eye to.
* Also, I think the Israeli rhetoric has improved greatly for the last month or so. Though, it's seen as quite provoking that they push on these settlements to this degree.
* One report I've read, says that Israelis choose the settlements mostly for economic reasons and it should be possible to change this incentive or at least highlight it.
* (Loosely by Typist:) The world should support both Israel and Palestine as equal/symmetric states. Hopefully spurring both nations into prosperous, peaceful economic cycles of partnership, cooperation and to the service and benefit from and to the world.

* In relation to the conflict (I-P), I'm also interested in the status of the Palestinian airport and the arrangement for Palestinians to communicate with one another between the Gaza strip and the West Bank. I'd also like to know the routines for moving between these two areas (physically, as the areas are indeed physically apart).
* Communications do include phone connections, mobile and "regular", as well as internet. I'd also include the aspect of communications from the Palestinian areas and to the world at large!
* It must be pointed out that despite the long coast line of the Gaza strip, the Palestinians have no harbour whatsoever! Even the fishing vessels have come under fire or harassment from time to time. There is no problem in conceiving an Israeli administration of a Palestinian harbour during a period of transition!
* There should be no problem in incorporating these concerns into this web-portal if only as static reports or points. [End of edit.]
