How do they want to improve people's human rights (UDHR)?

- What should the required age be for this? 14? 16? 18?

- Lie detectors can also aid in combatting crimes against environment...?

What is the specified list for social justice?
Do you think that pistols, revolvers, pepper spray, lie detectors (5 methods +) and radio-based scanner portals can be good for industry and business in general? I'm thinking about the business boom in USA vs. mediocracy in "crooked" Europe...

In addition, of course, come all the usual questions... Environmental protection? Ecological measures? Unemployment? (State-) Budget balance responsibility? Central bank politics? Immigration, also by UN recommendation? The rest...

For the Future of a More Perfect World

The path forward is to vote for right wing politics and keep voting right wing politics in order to increase pressure for the good solutions including The 4 Factors.

Bottom line for right wing politics: freedom of thought, privacy rights, laws and regulations including human rights for business life and private initiative! If they fail this, they are logically replaced along with the socialists and the others.

While on the right wing one must seek to demand the best candidates there for leading and take nominations and offices as or when they get elected. If there is this only answer, we choose the best people! Hurray!

All elections and other political events will decide who are Human Beings with sanity and who are Enemies of Humanity, Monsters behind the faces of human beings. The 4 Factors must happen as the ethical duties run deep!

Of course, the socialists (and communists) will continue to be weak on human rights (UDHR/The International Bill of Rights) and fighting crime, improving the legal system, admitting no learning from those other horrible crimes against humanity usually involving torture and character killing of the youngest and upward!

3 Points for the case to arm the general population with pistols and revolvers:

1. The unarmed Jews before Kristallnacht and Holocaust in Nazi-Germany. Much of the history of socialists involves genocides and mass killings. Just check with history: Stalin, Hitler, Red Khmer, Mao Zedong, etc., etc... All atrocities, as analysis at least, by the fact that people have been unarmed.
2. The financial success, might of military forces (NATO and Human Rights vs. Communism w/o any such) and general character of person in USA by allowing the population their self-defence by pepper spray and guns and other.
3. The fact that sadistic perverts, torturers of children, who can't handle guns (pistols, revolvers) and pepper spray get extra protection if the population is denied this self-defence.

Rejection of Socialism in Future Politics

It seems important to reject Socialism from politics in order to achieve Utopia.
Socialism has a history of lying and deceit to the voters. It fails to respect Human Rights (UDHR) and its improvement, it fails to respect people's dignity, it fails to respect laws and regulations, it fails to respect the legal system and its improvement and Kantian ethical and moral character in people, especially the children (kindness).

As I write this, I also think it's important to keep the Labour Movement and to win them over to center politics or right wing politics by making a better case for their future than the betrayal of Socialism ever can.

In this regard, on the way to Utopia, The 4 Factors, revolvers or pistols, pepper spray, lie detection array (5 methods +) and radio-based scanner portals ("against 500 ills in human beings") are incredibly important and are likely to never be promoted by Socialism or beyond on the grounds mentioned above.

Indeed, they say the welfare system and the case for all the (very) insane people piling up there, but fail people miserably in all other regards, only to facilitate the character killing of families in the shadows for sustaining evil in the World.

The Blood of Idiot Pacifism

Unarmed people killed under Josef Stalin, twice, also in Ukraine, Adolf Hitler, Mao Zedong or Red Khmer, etc.

How much blood should the "monster pacifists" have before they realize the best democracy is the one where many are relied upon for justice, honesty, anti-corruption and human rights? Whether they are "monster pacifists" by idiocy or other is beyond me.

Extended Death in Dignity - Human Rights Improved, Suicides Prevented - The Ethics...

Now there is no doubt that "the right to a death in dignity" is important! Also for our own human worth. But... It might be that if for example this "right to a death in dignity" is ensured for typically younger people who have deep depressions and, as a result, are qualified (required) through 3 or 5 years(?) at psychologists or psychiatrists before they are allowed to die. This qualifying period will be reported to the authorities and thus you can use this to prevent suicide in this younger group in the future because they told about all the craziness/vileness (crime) they have been through and in this way, Norway and other countries  may improve their human rights work on a much deeper level so that ALL suicides can be prevented (except those where there are a disease and those who will die a death in dignity of old age). Is this something? Still good luck with the good work, you people who work for dying in dignity! WE WIN through!

There seems to be a duty in doing this work, making this happen that's implied by the suicides themselves, especially for the group 10 to 50 year olds. A citizens' commission for inquiry into suicides for this group?

Comparison of USA and EU-28 by Legal Systems - Comments

This is the effort to describe a given elephant in the European legal room by comparing the legal systems of USA and EU. It's an assumption that Norway doesn't differ much from that of Germany or France or other (developed nation). By this effort I cherry-pick certain stats, always in pairs, from Eurostat (EU-28) and FBI (USA). All of this relates to crime and the influence of crime to suicide rates among else.

The comments will show that I favour the character and traits of USA in defending the dignity of the humans living there. USA has an important advantage by the 2nd Amendment that ensures a real defence of people who have the pistol or revolver. Even in face of crime, the pistol or revolver secures a fairly painless and quick death or an injury that's fairly clean, i.e., the bullet penetrates in a straight manner often creating a mere flesh wound. Even the fractured bones from gunshot wounds should be possible to heal given some time for this.

"Straight" USA allows its citizens to defend by handweapons, tazers and peppersprays! "Corrupt/Crooked" Europe has all this practically banned, especially after Behring Breivik. Note!

"Straight" USA also has the death penalty for these depraved monsters who commit atrocities with the full mental report of them to go!

At least for suicides:
It's stated that "Approximately one-half of suicides are committed by firearm, accounting for two-thirds of all firearms deaths. [21,334 of 33,599 in 2014]"[24-reference]
Those are decent suicides! In Europe we do all sorts of crazy things in order to (finally) die because either it's the corrupt authorities hunting the suicide candidates only to get more torture on them. A corruption we in Europe usually never can do anything about because the self-protection is outlawed, that is, guns, pepperspray, tazers and killer knives. And that's after the 20 times the suicide candidates "bounce" about before they ide!

"The same article [USA Today] stated that there are far fewer homicides than suicides in the country; in fact, homicide rates have fallen by half in the U.S. since 1991."
So homicides are bad, but the numbers are improving and the victims have gotten the death by gun shot, not tortured a few times first as in Europe.

For the instances of torture in Europe, pick out the stats for murders, missing people and a good portion of the suicides who "failed" to die when tortured!

At spot no. 48 USA comes in with 12.6 per 100 000 people.
At spot no. 102 Norway comes in with 9.3 per 100 K people.
Hurray! At spot no. 123 United Kingdom comes in with 7.4 per 100 K people.
Now, from the above and given Europe's tendency to sodomy, corruption and lying for the facade, also for protection (because a wounded prey in Europe usually gets "taken" quickly).

You know, I happen to think that USA takes it (accepts the deaths, some also "beautiful"), all factors considered! (Don't say you're young, please, because then you have quite a bit of learning to do!)

The Human Rights, most explicitly, by UDHR, minimally, are now everywhere in the World with a possible exception of North Korea.

To say that legislation is passed against human rights or to subvert people is to be crazy in the work to advocate Human Rights (UDHR by UN).

Legislation can never be passed to protect, defend or cover for crime because this constitutes crime/corruption against own population, violates much international convention and agreement and does not pass the very formulation requirements themselves in being general.

The Case for USA above Europe and Everywhere Else

1. Industry production (by reliability also) is high in USA, entailing healthy, functional people with beliefs in their society.

2. I understand the corrupt minds very well and how the guilt from failure to duties abroad influxes into USA on the "macro-scale".

3. USA has now carried out a large social welfare reform gently moved in, to remove much contradiction inside its nation in terms of Human Rights. Importantly too, the legal system ... allowing the citizens autonomy and initiative to react to deeply upsetting criminal scenes in the public and not in particular fear either to tip the police.

Sub-point: Insecurity to neighbour... dire consequences.

To cut the usual "smile of idiocy" from European thinking, that the Universality Principle of Ethics as safety-webbing is easily DESTROYED if one sits there trying to say that the Principle and Insecurity to the neighbour (with a possible disposition of acceptance by torture to the neighbour) by refusing to accept the personal weapons (max. 5?) and non-lethal weapons to ALL, denying these bloated psychiatrists these aloof statements over sanity as THEY have allowed "vampires to walk in broad daylight", like "educated torturers" and serial-killers, 10 or more!

The academic usual at the end: Instantly, I submit to the Objectivity and more powerful arguments if they exist as well as the best data-sets to these (academic) matters of political science/legal forensics.

The court issues: theology and psychiatry are traditionally alike banned from the courts in terms of presenting Legal Objectivity. They are only, especially psychiatry now, allowed to enter for testifying as experts to a given (narrow) aspect.

Article 3 of the Human Rights and Access to Non-Violent Self-Defence

To the discussion of tasers/stun guns and peppersprays (I'm in _STRONG_ favour): I have this to relay.
Who has the lowest threshold for hurting people and committing crime?
Who has the least respect for both cranium and head/brain?
Who has the least respect for people in general?
Thus it should be clear who has the initiative to hit people on the basis of bare knuckles (by hands/bones). This hurts law-abiding citizens unreasonably hard and serves to incite "silent" anger/hate. It's also hurtful to live under a threat from people who are more willing to commit this kind of act, i.e., to crack the skulls of people, with no special regard for the human they destroy the life of.
The conclusion must be clear: tasers/stun guns and peppersprays must be allowed, and in the face of (vast/"vast") corruption within the Police forces, we have NO time to waste! Act now! To Europe!!! (And business...)

It may be an objection that people may have a lower threshold for stunning/incapacitating other people if these means become available, but I think the strength of this is lower than the strength of the following, that law-abiding citizens, people of primary priority, are better protected both in self-defence, but also in case they may feel threatened and want to do something about it, let's say in the face of absurd rudeness from a bigger "caveman", to "save the day of one's date/business" and so on. In this way, the law-abiding citizen is allowed a milder tool and a mechanism for escalation of conflict and injury if these are allowed, again, tasers/stun guns and peppersprays. I hope you get the importance of this!

You know, this is for the prevention of the escalation of conflict and for the prevention of injury, that is, beyond necessity of circumstances like injury from merely falling to the ground!

Sharpness of Society - Notes on Suppression of Human Rights

Considering conditions in Norway, the degree of "sharpness" ("heh-heh, as you like it") is given by 500 suicide cases a year and in addition comes disappearances, some "traffic accidents" and some "medical accidents" at the hospitals (incl. elderly homes)! Do you understand? People are being hunted into the graves in every way, (if their personality isn't corrupt enough, qualifyingly)! There is a lot of work to be done as corruption is probably rife everywhere on the planet. My suggestion to this is simple as the problem is coarse, allow lethal weapons of most kinds, i.e., killer knives, (hand-)guns, bats, batons and what have you (outside the ordinary and better means of powerful tazers and pepperspray). What say you? This has been posted to Amnesty International's (in London, England) Facebook page just moments ago (on Facebook)!

Note further: you should, though, include murders and "accidents" that are never revealed as murders! In addition comes _hard_ "suppressors" like crimes of passion, being sexual and physical violence, and the devastation of losing an eye in "mere" violence, intended or not, fx.
