The World in Human Rights - UDHR - ECHR

The Human Rights, most explicitly, by UDHR, minimally, are now everywhere in the World with a possible exception of North Korea.

Russia is with the Council of Europe and USA has still New York state with UN as one of theirs.

EU is hosting the court of ECtHR in France. The idiots have fallen off the stairs to every university in the World, at least theoretically, such that absurd objections to evident, straight in the face truths and their cases are no longer "cool to utter", even if you have been a 10 people worth cannibal under police corruption or police states (huh, do they exist?)!

So here we are with a Worldscene, with some small exceptions, ALL HUMAN RIGHTS! Legal duties have become definite and absolute under the lie detector investigations and "police questioning rooms" on the good side, carrying out the work according to procedure.

For USA despite its "Onslow" speed (sorry for the Picket Fences reference from Britain) in reacting to New START Treaty and getting it through, here are some Human Rights references for them (also outside Scientology context, "so that they no longer need to feel that they have to present them, in a special way to some people"):

Note: There's nothing wrong with Scientology presenting Human Rights, but, please, can't they add the UDHR reference for "Christ's sake"?

This makes me certain that we in Europe have been entertaining idiot politicians for a very long time, "and with a larger portion of them failing to read primary literature" if not the Bible directly.

We need to get our legs together people!

(Try to pull that face in USA!)

Over lunacy work for Human Rights and more (Justice, the good causes):

To say that legislation is passed against human rights or to subvert people is to be crazy in the work to advocate Human Rights (UDHR by UN).

Legislation can never be passed to protect, defend or cover for crime because this constitutes crime/corruption against own population, violates much international convention and agreement and does not pass the very formulation requirements themselves in being general.

The pro-Human Rights combatting must take place by combatting corruption and crime in general, that ICCt is correctly used and supported.

So to add, "heh-heh-heh, also in Norway", corrupt lawyers are very much a problem, as much as a psychiatric corrupt-minds-issue, when they in fact are relied on and are vital in offering legal services to the public as well as leading the police forces through the daily work.

What's next or what's the standing on the legal systems throughout the World? I don't know. One plain example: is the torture, also in terms of estimates, correctly reported? Also by the most important news-places, also by the most important authorities.

"Fun fact": The lyrics of "living on the edge" should have read, We're living on the edge when everybody should go up and nobody down [in terms of justice...] - emphasis on use of "should".

A More Steady World - This is for Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, and Thailand

Dear Excellencies and Dignitaries of Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, and Thailand

This is a slight political recommendation now, that is, to be acted upon shortly "for opening up the World" (NATO 2 or not) for You to join NATO as soon as You like. Therefore, I hope You bother to consider this suggestion, in common or not, in joining NATO, that is, practically speaking, sending in the application "readily" together with or not, either or all of Your 4 countries of Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, and Thailand. These countries are nominated carefully, not that I am from King's College of War in London.

Still, I hope You like my suggestion and that this, of course, entirely up to You, all 4 or not. There should be, in this, very fine consequences and that Earth society actually gains two steps or more in decency by it. As we, together, now know, the promises should be clear, diplomatically put!

Good luck with Your further affairs!

Sincerely Yours,

Leonardo F. Olsnes-Lea

PS: I have lately seen new signals from Japan in terms of military equipment and that the new type of agreement under UN Security Council, usually, has redefined World security considerably. Not only for the nuclear weapons powers, but also the UN Security Council members, NATO itself, and the other (more general) members of the UN in total as they have very little military engagement to speak of, even potentially.

Is NATO a Possible Peace-Keeper? Issue Regarding Mexico and Other Countries! Suggestion for Solution Provided!

You know, when it happens, the World gets its round of military power, when NATO becomes an office, Kosovo/Yugoslavia blows up and another round of military power (and NATO steps back into shape and importance). So I suspect the "code" is with the various Police forces around the World also! The whole civilisation is under threat from various corrupt regimes (think twice, please) of "gaming" all over the World, ranging from Intelligence Services to Police forces to economists and lawyers and what have you! This needs to be addressed and as a first remedy, I advise people everywhere to get sharp by arming themselves and take care of home/personal security as best as possible!!! Next turn is to spread this condition as best as possible again and see how far you get!

Now, the consideration of NATO enters as problem areas outside "established democracies" are in trouble and fail to advance/progress as quickly as they should! This can be corrected by entering a military alliance, under own, national set of rules on how to regulate this, where other countries can step in by volition to provide correction to the problem at hand!

We have two "slow engineering" cases, in the World, at least, Colombia and Mexico. These countries have struggled for a very long time with alleged "drug trafficking" problems. Now who is to step in as a military unless a friend? And even as friend then also affirmed by the country which is to be helped? It's now clear, democracy is an unbeatable premise that all sciences support as progressive, both in terms of humanity, but also a business partners and places for making serious interaction on all other levels, including the cultural. Given then the premise of"mixed economies" to be established, it's just to move resolutely straight ahead (much like a tank through every obstacle)! You get it? In this way, NATO gets to be a kind of forum of discussion, possibly under the UN and the Security Council, where national security is discussed both formally and informally, and "where interested parties, i.e., countries can provide sense as requested" (see above). What do you think? Any good?

To the future! To the UN! Cheers!

Additionally:
And if you are not a NATO member, then make "NATO2" (because there is no
copyright on military organisations names) and because the World is
probably best with only one! Thus "we want to get in, but since you
won't let us..." and then proceed as above! (Sounds as a script? I'm
sorry!) Good luck to you all!
