The USA - Iran Relations - Diplomacy plays out..

The USA - Iran diplomatic relations play out and I intend to follow them. By the template of the conflict of Israel - Palestine of transparency to the public, I hope for better progress if pres. Obama hasn't accomplished this already.

Let's see, premise 1, we want a peaceful World with content citizens in all countries, including USA and Iran (well, well, if not happy directly). This implies progress for Iran, political, economic and social, probably. Remember that Iran treats its women fairly well, they're ahead of many other countries.

Iran stands at difficult economic situation as it sponsors or is accused of sponsoring terrorism by Hezbollah and Hamas, that's trangression against international norms.

It is currently under sanctions for its assumed intentions to acquire a nuclear weapon, something that's strongly unacceptable by the international society under the Nuclear Proliferation Treaty that's set up to prevent exactly such.

Iran (USA is good, internationally they do most correctly these days):
* Sponsoring terrorism, Hezbollah and Hamas. They use XXX dollars on this and they suffer XXX dollars in sponsoring these people who the international society see as terrorists trying to harm Israel.
SOLVED! * They hold 4 US Americans (3 for trying to smuggle drugs and one for killing a nun? True?).
* They presumably, until otherwise confirmed, by IAEA, try to acquire a nuclear weapon.
* ...
* ...

- For this, given they hold the 4 citizens unfairly (drugs are serious felonies in a number of countries, like China) and the rest, they suffer serious sanctions. Update, 2016-01-17, Iran releases the U.S. Americans, 4+1, after negotiations and a swap for Iranians being held in USA. This is great news indeed! Hurray! For a more peaceful world!

In wanting progress for all, for a World of justice and peace and careers also in Iran, the obvious aim is to work to reduce the transgressions in return for greater freedom as country and to yet again being seen as a plain country of the civilized World.

How? This is to be worked out, but as of now, sanctions are exactly just and should remain until better news. Also, Iran holds only 80 Mn people. There are limits to what they are able to do. Therefore, given their size, they need India, China, Pakistan and Russia to make the most of the "work" or change in the World, whatever this is. Further, therefore, their aim should be peaceful because they aren't able to do that much regardless. They have only this one goal in sight, namely PEACE! So let's see how they move about in the World.

  1. Yesterday, there was progress. I report:

  2. Nelson, a political guru, argued that American cynicism have evolved for many reasons. The government has been caught in various lies and half-truths, including Vietnam War, Watergate, and Iran-Contra Deal. report

  3. On Iran "Hazard":

    Iran is certainly different from (formerly) "crazy" North Korea which also happens to be Atheistic which speaks for itself in the dubious ways. Iran is home to the Bahai faith, is dominantly religious, part of Abrahams people, complies with the IAEA monitoring, but has its issues with the Syrian war and some history of "supporting terrorism" and an incident of hostile words against Israel on a rocket/missile.

    However, I find that with good supervision of Iran in rewarding good international relations and conducting science properly, including that of peaceful nuclear power, there should be no particular problem with Iran now or in the future.

    True, there has been revolts within Iran and hopefully this works out as the majority of Iran wants it, still in accordance with international society.

    What I do not want, is another Syria/Iraq war in Iran. Not to say the least, any crazy, wild west action from CIA. It should be possible to work with the majority of Iran in a sound way, involving the neighbouring countries to see (moral/industrial/economic) progress in Iran.

  4. The 12 Demands on Iran by (solo) USA

    *Declare to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) a full account of the prior military dimensions of its nuclear programme and permanently and verifiably abandon such work in perpetuity.
    *Stop enrichment and never pursue plutonium reprocessing, including closing its heavy water reactor.
    *Provide the IAEA with unqualified access to all sites throughout the entire country.
    *End its proliferation of ballistic missiles and halt further launching or development of nuclear-capable missile systems.
    *Release all US citizens as well as citizens of US partners and allies.
    *End support to Middle East "terrorist" groups, including Hezbollah, Hamas and Islamic Jihad.
    *Respect the sovereignty of the Iraqi government and permit the disarming, demobilisation and reintegration of Shia militias.
    *End its military support for the Houthi rebels and work towards a peaceful, political settlement in Yemen.
    *Withdraw all forces under Iran's command throughout the entirety of Syria.
    *End support for the Taliban and other "terrorists" in Afghanistan and the region and cease harbouring senior al-Qaeda leaders.
    *End the Islamic Revolutionary Guard corps-linked Quds Force's support for "terrorists" and "militant" partners around the world.
    *End its threatening behaviour against its neighbours, many of whom are US allies, including its threats to destroy Israel and its firing of missiles at Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, and threats to international shipping and destructive cyberattacks.

    - I'll comment on these demands some time later.

  5. First of all, USA itself /stinks/ of various misbehaviour (read: last 25 - 20 years) and that "forces" inside USA may feel free to level justice on corruption inside USA leading to malice in the World by the US American war machine, killing the corrupt people.
    - A bit like Oswald on Kennedy for Pig's Bay attack on Cuba back then.
    If Pres. Donald J. Trump is to stand by his #DraintheSwamp, he is also obligated to work for peace in the World as well, not only inside his "American First".
