My Interest in Shinto, Bushido and the Hagakuré/Sun Tzu - A modern commentary to go?

In Bushido declaring to choose death in a choice between life and death, I think this must be understood as choosing death in Dying to Reject a Life that Is Deeply Sinful, i.e., a kind of parallel to Rejection of the Cardinal Sins by the Weapon.

It says, Bushido, that this choice arises "in the presence of Death", not in the joyful life, only. Equally so, Jihad stands more clear to the Christian mind in waging the religious life despite the many challenges (of violence, threats, corruption, other crime).

This means that any mentally pathological side to living life needs to be warned against and "fought", also with the weapon in hand, real, unarmed or metaphorically.

The Muslims on the other hand say that Christians are in "(metaphysical) global  Jihad" with the story of Jesus Christ, one that I have deep sympathies too.

The National Parks and the Future – The Parks Become Wisely Old

In the spirit of national wilderness parks/areas/ranges (also with WWF and Greenpeace), I suggest concreted (on site, possibly) steel mantelled (“light”) tunneling of existing roads and rails through these “critical” areas in order to allow the wilderness animals and other (like insects) to CALM DOWN. Do you like it? Let’s do it!

One natural goal now must be to corroborate and “build” these natural parks/areas bigger by demolishing ALL human-made buildings and structures (radio-/transmitting-towers, roads, rails, ALL).

You know, I'm speaking in terms of completeness, that no option toward the better is left out. This means that all sensible policies toward sound ecology should be put into effect, such as the common economic incentives for nudging the population in the right, ecological direction.

The Human Rights, most explicitly, by UDHR, minimally, are now everywhere in the World with a possible exception of North Korea.

Russia is with the Council of Europe and USA has still New York state with UN as one of theirs.

EU is hosting the court of ECtHR in France. The idiots have fallen off the stairs to every university in the World, at least theoretically, such that absurd objections to evident, straight in the face truths and their cases are no longer "cool to utter", even if you have been a 10 people worth cannibal under police corruption or police states (huh, do they exist?)!

So here we are with a Worldscene, with some small exceptions, ALL HUMAN RIGHTS! Legal duties have become definite and absolute under the lie detector investigations and "police questioning rooms" on the good side, carrying out the work according to procedure.

To say that legislation is passed against human rights or to subvert people is to be crazy in the work to advocate Human Rights (UDHR by UN).

Legislation can never be passed to protect, defend or cover for crime because this constitutes crime/corruption against own population, violates much international convention and agreement and does not pass the very formulation requirements themselves in being general.

The pro-Human Rights combatting must take place by combatting corruption and crime in general, that ICCt is correctly used and supported.

What's next or what's the standing on the legal systems throughout the World? I don't know. One plain example: is the torture, also in terms of estimates, correctly reported? Also by the most important news-places, also by the most important authorities.

The Hypothetico-Deductive Method (HDM) and the Scientific Method - The Noir: Have it from me if you like...

The Hypothetico-Deductive Method (HDM) is a kind of minimal scientific method. Not only this, but it ensures the necessary requirements in place in order to produce a reliable result inside the experiment/discovery context where the procedures are clear and replicable.

The listing by HDM:
* the method for experiment or discovery
* the means to experiment or discovery, whether lab apparatus or satellite in space
* a data-set that the above produces with the observations to go
* the logics involved to determine success or failure, two used, Modus Ponens and Modus Tollens
* the theory/hypothesis part for a possible success, in giving the set-up an aim, a description, a constructive intention

- then it's to go ahead with plans.

The result from the HDM set-up can be focused diversely in that it holds rich possibilities for both descriptions or, more luckily, one identifies natural laws, like with the classical physics, after Newton especially.

While scientific method in the past, before mid-80s, has been characterised by much (confusing)  description, HDM cuts this down to the bone. With HDM describing the minimal set of scientific method the World now gets better grip on science and can start think more constructively on the requirements, such as the theory/hypothesis part, the experiment part, possible outcome of a given set-up, either for discovery as with the Hubble Telescope or for the experiment set-up, plain as in chemistry and physics, or more delicate as in psychology or other social science.

The science has become steady, the serious people are easily relating to the science set-ups and the failures are more easily observed after the introduction of HDM. The World is picking up pace, also to the benefit for democracy and various health effects while the excuses are becoming fewer for liars.

A Suggestion for OPEC's Future

- Turn the agenda toward "a national profit basis" that distributes for all member states (194?) and that new democratic ideals for all the needs of these nations are cared for, investment-wise, development-wise, all other... (water, sanitation, food, etc.)... please!

This can be done while also coming together to agree on a key for preserving the traditional respects/honours inside this "profit-key-solution" so that leadership sanity is preserved or made easier throughout the World.

I must insist also, that combatting Overpopulation at the same time by voting for "1 kid or 2 kids" family policies, is the most wise!

There must be no doubt, to conclude, that OPEC's future can't be placed in doubt! It is serving ALL people now, also by international law in terms of plausibility, and should continue to do so "forever", with the appropriate celebration to go, as much as ending slavery back in former-colony-USA, by the civil war then.

The Case for USA above Europe and Everywhere Else

1. Industry production (by reliability also) is high in USA, entailing healthy, functional people with beliefs in their society.

2. I understand the corrupt minds very well and how the guilt from failure to duties abroad influxes into USA on the "macro-scale".

3. USA has now carried out a large social welfare reform gently moved in, to remove much contradiction inside its nation in terms of Human Rights. Importantly too, the legal system ... allowing the citizens autonomy and initiative to react to deeply upsetting criminal scenes in the public and not in particular fear either to tip the police.

Sub-point: Insecurity to neighbour... dire consequences.

To cut the usual "smile of idiocy" from European thinking, that the Universality Principle of Ethics as safety-webbing is easily DESTROYED if one sits there trying to say that the Principle and Insecurity to the neighbour (with a possible disposition of acceptance by torture to the neighbour) by refusing to accept the personal weapons (max. 5?) and non-lethal weapons to ALL, denying these bloated psychiatrists these aloof statements over sanity as THEY have allowed "vampires to walk in broad daylight", like "educated torturers" and serial-killers, 10 or more!

The academic usual at the end: Instantly, I submit to the Objectivity and more powerful arguments if they exist as well as the best data-sets to these (academic) matters of political science/legal forensics.

The court issues: theology and psychiatry are traditionally alike banned from the courts in terms of presenting Legal Objectivity. They are only, especially psychiatry now, allowed to enter for testifying as experts to a given (narrow) aspect.

When do you know that

* you try to make contact with another tech-eyes/tech-ears (can be two and one only, on and off, separately) person, these problems and other?
* you try to make contact with this (very) corrupt mind, serial killer or other? Psychiatrist class or other, i.e., serial killer club issues?
* you try to make contact, but come across as impolite because your "style" (or your smell of a**, incredibly enough) does not suit (the misjudgment of character as matter of clothes, behaviour, features of the body because of the state of society in being corrupt) the recipient and that therefore you are ripe for killing directly or to do great harm to you first?

NO! Because you DON'T! See for yourself how easy it is when everybody is supposed to accuse of "hundred character flaws", usually falsely, I presume! Very easy... Try to mean anything, try to be somebody... (Heh-heh-heh, staring death right into the face yourself!)
