The Future May Seem Dangerous in Terms of CO2 Emissions - However...

The Global Climate Change. Facts:

Temperature is rising due to higher concentrations of CO2 in the atmosphere and this can have catastrophic consequences!

However,

CO2 in the atmosphere can be reduced chemically and so prevent temperature rise of the catastrophic kind

in combination with other efforts such as

Geothermal energy exploitation

that makes us less dependent on fossil fuels or completely without the need for any, hence bio-fuels!

The future still looks bright! (Given some sane politicians' heads! Especially logically and scientifically!)

PS1: Ozone layer holes which were predicted to be of the catastrophic kind were nicely averted by good use of science. "Coming catastrophies" by the tabloids are not always so dangerous after all!

PS2: I did get the warning by Al Gore's important message in "An Inconvenient Truth" and the data-set he presented there. It was, no doubt, important to get the story out correctly, in terms of scale of the problem, CO2/temperature correlation.

The Artificial Language for Linguistic Exactness - The Craziness of Philosophy - The Philosophy of Language

The artificial language in terms of completeness, aside from the use that the existing science- and daily manuals aided by drawings/illustrations give us is provided by,

connectives: AND, OR, NEGATION, CONDITIONAL, BICONDITIONAL (the usual), + the ones for quantification logic (for all and some, also one) and the two for modal logic (possible and necessary)
defining the entities: entities but perhaps not numbered
consistency: consistency takes as usual the premeditation almost to the point of planning. Being the De Dicto gives me a step ahead, but not any significant.

Experiments of the "Frankenstein" kind - Recommendation

By letter to Austria, I can't remember to where I've sent it, perhaps their embassy or something, several years ago, I claim "to have won Austria" by arguing that the "Frankenstein"-experiment of creating life from traditionally dead material must be re-established on a standard basis, "by one university or several universities (fx. 4/20 at least)" because of cited difficulties of separating smallest life-units, organisms, from minerals and that we can't envision the generation of life any other way than exactly this.
Even then, one starts with "a kind of minerals" or a concoction that forms minerals and that (life-)organisms are entailed by this to start with!
Initially, I've claimed only half a point and awarded the last 0,5 point after. Good?

Water-Gold or WaterBubbleGold - The New Gold?

Bubble Gold (now we are two over it): Also known as "WaterGold" or "WaterBubbleGold":
Here is how we (2?) do it:
1. Water is poured onto a plate!
2. (Semi-)fluid gold flows in under the plate, a kind of "ground floor".
3. Pull plate quickly out (protective clothing req.).
4. Gold stiffens /after/ the water has made it's bubbling on it (due to heat) and according then to the physical laws of water to hot metal, gold.
5. /The RESULT/: a special "quant" impression from the water of life to the gold. Remember that the gold can very well be a plate with a name on it!
Any good?
