Regarding Pres. Obama's Statement of "the Fight of the Social Classes"

I must say right away that I support his statement, "they do what is right for them", it's about getting employed and living life, hopefully as normally as possible. But I also like to add that I support the establishment, loosely or not, a key-system for how wages/salaries are to develop, thus capping this idiot war to a minimum, increasing stability and prospects to people and businesses alike! Good?

  1. In a sense, therefore, when you undertake a job, you accept _the package_! There are no excuses and no complaints are accepted! If you want a better job, you will have to work for it! Not all of us can be Usain Bolts and not all of us can be Albert Einsteins. We are who we are and we have a _duty_ to work from our (individual) starting points, with NO exceptions!!! (I hope you understand. Yes?)

  2. Under this, there are strong considerations of HES (Health, Environment and Security) and a strong commitment to ILO and worker unions, i.e., there's a normative for the negotiations of Employer's Unions vs. Employee's Unions. This follows in line with the Labour Movement and there are no valid objections to this Movement's progressive work for worker's rights and symmetry in wage/salary negotiations! (USA is lagging behind in this aspect of society and we in Europe hope they can pick up!)

  3. There are also political considerations, seen the latest with the Transport Workers Union in Greece as protest to (unfair) cuts (in jobs and opportunities) by the Greek government. This is a complex issue that has to be worked out independently (and not NOW)! These are also supported to some degree, but it is, as I've stated, a _complex_ issue! There are NOT enough job opportunities in the World and this remains a constant challenge!

  4. I can put my own Worker Union credentials on the table, (in LO, Landsorganisasj., lo.no, with "L") being NKIF and NNN, one for prime alumin. prod. and one for logistics at a butchery "plant". Good? (There is an implicit encouregement for people to _get_ organised and that this level should reach 90% or so, incl. technical/engineers guilds and writer's guilds and all sorts of other guilds (lawyer's/doctor's/what-have-you). There are also kind of manager's associations, I believe, it's just to look hard enough!
