"Developments in the Field of Information and Telecommunications in the Context of International Security"

From at least "two of the most undemocratic nations in the World", I have the pleasure to present:
"A/66/359 Item 93 of the provisional agenda –– Developments in the field of information and telecommunications in the context of international security –– Letter dated 12 September 2011 from the Permanent Representatives of China, the Russian Federation, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan to the United Nations addressed to the Secretary-General [A C E F R S] –– 5 pages" from the Journal of the United Nations No. 2011/180!

  1. Not that I know exactly, but I have deep suspicions about the premises delivered almost exclusively by U. S. American companies, from Microsoft, Apple and Yahoo to Google, Facebook and Twitter! These companies wield serious money and they use this money to do stuff. Not only that, but as "the game" has it, it takes no more than a judge and a few others to chain the World to the level at the feet of these companies! The World needs to address this and I hope this is done by the above! (Heck, even Mozilla and the Open Software Movement seem to destroy their own arguments of IT democracy these days and most of it is administrated (by upgrading/compiling/hosting servers _in_ USA). Take care!)

  2. This is from a nation of a newly established Human Rights/Peace prize, The Confucius prize, China(!!!) and here is also the nation that _pushed USA for making the World a safer place, Russia(!!!)_, by insisting on the ratification of the New Start Agreement (limiting nuclear weapons in line with the Pugwash-movement)! If you don't see the shifts or the importance of the Start-agreement, _then_ you are an idiot and you can never escape this fact!
