* Therefore, money must be placed and used in such a fashion that the old money "prevails" through time.

The Future May Seem Dangerous in Terms of CO2 Emissions - However...
The Global Climate Change. Facts:
Temperature is rising due to higher concentrations of CO2 in the atmosphere and this can have catastrophic consequences!
However,
CO2 in the atmosphere can be reduced chemically and so prevent temperature rise of the catastrophic kind
in combination with other efforts such as
Geothermal energy exploitation
that makes us less dependent on fossil fuels or completely without the need for any, hence bio-fuels!
The future still looks bright! (Given some sane politicians' heads! Especially logically and scientifically!)
PS1: Ozone layer holes which were predicted to be of the catastrophic kind were nicely averted by good use of science. "Coming catastrophies" by the tabloids are not always so dangerous after all!

Final Verdict on "HIV/AIDS" Virus - The lowering of the immune system, triggering Leukemia
Though a "HIV/AIDS" virus lowers the immune system like any other virus and so to trigger, sometimes, Leukemia in people.

Is New York City Anti-Business? One Solution for a More Happy and Thriving City - Also to Utopia?
To some extent, I see New York City as a hostile place to worthy people despite its reputation for luxurious living. New York City has to realize it has a (big or bigger) problem with corrupt police and others who generate these high society monsters-behind-human-faces (Hervey Cleckley, Ellis - American Psycho). This is clearly not working well. It also has to embrace the coming forces fuelled by Kantian Ethics, the most able corporate soldiers who are able to lead family lives and add virtue to the city at the same time, the friendly city.
First moves should be to increase people's sense of easiness to have personal security, also for families as a whole, by starting to offer pepper spray and "on premises only" revolvers for a start, maybe ordinary, approved pistols later. It should be followed up with reliable security systems for the homes and cars and the full 5 methods with some for both police and Human Resource services so that people can be confident that when they go to the police they can expect professional and reliable "by the book" services. This goes also for the courts of NYC and NY state as a whole. In addition comes both medical scanning, vastly increasing both efficiency and easy services of first-line health services and hospital services alike and Best practice psychiatry, removing fairly easy the mental disorder worries, also with effective information to the city population.
With the above, the city metropolis' reputation as a city of evil can be effectively removed in some 5 years, given more (lawfully) happy people by the above, also named World solution to Utopia by The 5 Factors, shootie, peppie, lie detect, scanning and best-psych.
Now, who can argue with that? NYC must become attractive to families with children again in order to gain confidence that this city has a nice life to offer to sane people. So I say you get the most for the smallest amount of money! And a happy, thriving city further! Best wishes from me!

How do they want to improve people's human rights (UDHR)?

For the Future of a More Perfect World
The path forward is to vote for right wing politics and keep voting right wing politics in order to increase pressure for the good solutions including The 4 Factors.
Bottom line for right wing politics: freedom of thought, privacy rights, laws and regulations including human rights for business life and private initiative! If they fail this, they are logically replaced along with the socialists and the others.
While on the right wing one must seek to demand the best candidates there for leading and take nominations and offices as or when they get elected. If there is this only answer, we choose the best people! Hurray!
All elections and other political events will decide who are Human Beings with sanity and who are Enemies of Humanity, Monsters behind the faces of human beings. The 4 Factors must happen as the ethical duties run deep!
Of course, the socialists (and communists) will continue to be weak on human rights (UDHR/The International Bill of Rights) and fighting crime, improving the legal system, admitting no learning from those other horrible crimes against humanity usually involving torture and character killing of the youngest and upward!

Rejection of Socialism in Future Politics
It seems important to reject Socialism from politics in order to achieve Utopia.
Socialism has a history of lying and deceit to the voters. It fails to respect Human Rights (UDHR) and its improvement, it fails to respect people's dignity, it fails to respect laws and regulations, it fails to respect the legal system and its improvement and Kantian ethical and moral character in people, especially the children (kindness).
As I write this, I also think it's important to keep the Labour Movement and to win them over to center politics or right wing politics by making a better case for their future than the betrayal of Socialism ever can.
In this regard, on the way to Utopia, The 4 Factors, revolvers or pistols, pepper spray, lie detection array (5 methods +) and radio-based scanner portals ("against 500 ills in human beings") are incredibly important and are likely to never be promoted by Socialism or beyond on the grounds mentioned above.
Indeed, they say the welfare system and the case for all the (very) insane people piling up there, but fail people miserably in all other regards, only to facilitate the character killing of families in the shadows for sustaining evil in the World.

On the Meaning of Life - No other way than to the proven Deity
There is only one meaning of life (now that we have the existence of souls, telepathy and other phenomena)! It is to "return" to God/Allah/Yahweh (or any other "white-list" Deity) according to the innermost meaning of the Bible (or of the other valid Holy Books)! This is that special Deity domain where one is given the Deity perspective of all that exists.
That some people find a "limited" outside the "white-list" religion Deity means only that they are wrong! They are measurably smaller people in terms of (Kantian) Ethics and Morality given bodily measurements of metabolism and the nervous system by electrometer or other, etc.
So I say that to be a kind of fully Kantian Ethical and Moral human being entails as necessity to be a follower of "white-list" religion and corresponding Deity.
I expect the science to match up with religious views in near future as one may more safely and demonstrably enjoy Out-of-Body Experiences and to have fun with the destruction of the body well knowing that one can also reincarnate if one so pleases!
The future still looks very bright!

Qualia, Solipsism and Contextualism - Defence
This is the defence of Qualia, Solipsism and Contextualism with a bit of Ego in it all.
So let's assume that the impression of nature, of beauty, of colours have qualia to them in such a fashion that context of them in the brain, in the soul (that I think exists) makes them special to the person in space and time by the unique experiences they make in a person's mentality. This creates a special kind of solipsism as well such that the true magnificence of experiences overall has this subtle, non-investigative quality of person that is firmly set by context, a contextualism in the brain, in the soul. Sure, overt feelings are now fairly easy to determine by for example fMRI and other. But this is not the issue, it is the depth of contextuality in the mind that makes those other qualities of feelings inaccessible overall because they are impossible to describe and impossible to entirely investigate.
The mystery of the World, one type of religious experience, "God's temple" in us in the grand World, much stronger too with the enhancement of science and questions over existence. So I say that to live is to have qualia, solipsism and contextualism in this fashion, the imprint on each and every one by the World as a whole!

On the Red-Blue Divide of Politics - The Left and Right Turns to Centrist and Right?
I see no opportunity for Red parties to hold on to the Socialism or the Socialist-Red (please, remember Nazi-Socialism). Their next move should be to declare themselves Purple and turn to Centrist politics.
It is the Socialists and Communists who are known to cause genocides. They have been quick to say "common good" without defining the Ethics and living the morality for it! We do have a tax-system (VAT and income tax etc.) that is meant to pay for public services. We have indeed the Democracy to provide the sensitivity for decision-making and I do not see how their insistence on "social justice" is supposed to be so right without the very justice itself. Is then the constant citation of social justice just an excuse for furthering the attack on humanity?
Mao Zedong, Adolf Hitler, Josef Stalin, whether Stalinism or Ukraine "mass death". You should know what I mean, what I imply and that lying publicly is going to be much harder in the time to come! Especially when facing the lawful scrutiny! Reds, be gone!
