Relating to an article on books in a paper that I've bought, "and Swedish is hard to read, even in Helsinki".
One can ask, why is it necessary to assert that energy out of a black hole is anything more than energy? (FYI, there is indeed a beam of something coming out of black holes!) As from any star, you may be able to analyse chemical properties of this star by considering the light emitted out of chemical signatures for the relevant element (from the Table of Elements, mostly, /perhaps/). Further, why bother to assert more than what already is in the Universe as the Universe expands (rapidly, by quasars and all else, probably at the speed of light) that there is a parallel Universe when there's _not_ the faintest "parallelity" anywhere else to point to?
As with the romance of baby-black-holes (that has bust) I think we need to acknowledge that being human is to be small against nature and its Universe!
To understand one's humanity is to understand that one shouldn't hold views that one can't ground properly out of being a mere dot on a huge planet in a _far_ more HUGE Universe!

A New Architecture? - The Top Floor Ballooned
I have a new idea for a principle of architecture. You may balloon the top floor of a building on a good day with little wind. Now this "top floor" _can_ be very small, even down to a single office, but there it sits, on top of the building with balloons to be inflated and with rolled up chains to keep it down! Like it?

Some more on the Euro...
On the Euro "crisis": New rules under "The Euro Agreement", one is of course the 3% rule. Others can be of this nature:
"Our economy agrees to undergo these measures if we fail to limit the (actual) budget deficit!"
And we don't need an earthquake here in Europe for this to happen! We just need a more firm commitment and devotion for making it happen!
Can I remind people that 1 Euro per 1 Dollar is 1.347 by Google services?! (And the weather is looking good as they sometimes say mid-air, this time since ECU of 1999!)
I'm also with the words of Olli Rehn that this is about proper "economic governance" and "market firewalls to stem market turbulence"!
I think mr. Rehn has said the words to CNN, but I'm unable to locate it by their online Video section services!

A Speculative Theory on USA - A Biggest Dog Theory
The theory is that USA is hostile _unless_ they can make money on their relations abroad! You check this out, please!

Japan and "the Currency Value is Too High (eeek)"!!!
There is a simple solution for Japanese fears/"fears" for own height/increased currency of value because the true concern lies in the opposite, a very _low_ currency value, something you only find in deeply dysfunctional economies.
So either the Japanese are crying/moaning for nothing over a "game" of politeness or they are entering a kind of self-imposed/self-inflicted "injury"/"damage"/"hardship"!

Flash Ascents and Flash Descents in Stock Markets
Sensitive stock-brokers make the flash rises and flash declines is my theory! If they sit there and are incredibly alert to everything with their companies/portfolio, they may act a bit hot-headed and this _can_ cause these flash changes, I think!
In addition, due to an increasing use of programmed "robots", these robots can aggregate with these effects as we see!

You can add some other, but to add NASDAQ in this manner may be considered strange for a number of reasons, part. the data-set, that the behaviour displayed by NYSE isn't seen so readily with the NASDAQ.

The Athletics Version over the ETI of Mine

I'm not against operationalism of intelligence expressed as I.Q. I think it can be very useful and I also like the fact that the systems are continually reviewed and improved.
This theory assumes that the mind continuously considers objects of interest, both necessary and optional. When one puts the mind to something this process runs until the mind deems it finished, temporarily or finally.
The ETI is the notion that people who are caught in struggles in life scores lower on I.Q.-tests than their non-trifled counterparts. The premise is that those who are caught in difficult struggles have to devote resources of their consciousness to the problem so when these are tested, their mind is simultaneously considering other issues as well on some level. In a sense they are not truly free, enjoying freedom.
Unencumbered people are free to be as aggressive on intellectual challenges as much as their hearts can pump blood through the brain. They have no serious worries occupying their minds.
Besides, in this, I assume that people are made up of "souls" and are initially equally perfect. It's the environment that hooks up their processes of consc. to the level of their current picture of intelligence, say I.Q. That is, reality is detriment to the ideal, "soul" condition. Obviously, I don't argue from the premise of souls which I find rather distasteful at the present moment. Nurture can do a lot to people, I find. I say this so that you may get a clue from where I'm coming from. In a sense, people are perfect as reactions from the factors of life. Edit: "That is, reality is detriment to the ideal, "soul" condition." Don't get me wrong! It's apparent that you build your intelligence through the course of life and that death, of what we know for sure, extinguishes both life and intelligence.

I agree that my theory doesn't account for physical (genetic) defects or brain diseases. It's the case that I don't intend to make it that way. I can however interpret you to mean also the physical structure that is supposed to make the impression of qualia or whatever and in this respect also, my theory is flat. I hold that if the brain is relatively healthy, my theory says something despite relatively small differences. Two people who score 170 in IQ are analogous to two people who bench 150 kg. I see no important differences between those two sets. I agree that intelligence is a complex issue (therefore operationalism), but I also have the impression that smart people in science are quite open to talk about intelligence and what makes them good. Access to data is plentiful in other words.
For the athletics part, one now adds, in addition to good physical stats like height in basketball and other and the actual exercise in the athletics of one's choice, one needs to care for the stress parts from a suitable age, 14 perhaps and all the way up to elite performer, whether ice-hockey or something else!
It's important to remember ALL the stress that affects your performance and drop the (false) super(wo)man-psychology in order to identify the negative stress factors that may get in your way altogether.
Then is my suggestion for the bottom issues in athletics performances as well! Cheers!

I see from the Jurisprudence article on Wikipedia, that people may want some words on Philosophy of Law from me. These are (rather quickly): 1. There should be no holes in a good system of legal practice/legislation system! 2. The laws are absolute and they can't be reasonably dodged. This point is supported by point 1.

Terje Lea 4. Legislation is on TOP. The courts are nr. 2 and the Police are nr. 3. There are various security concerns to this. I think the Police need clear rules/procedures as they do their work. I think the Judges only need to set a precedent if the Legislative Assembly (National Parliament) feigns its duties. So I want/hold a theory for a sharp and pro-active Legislative Body and "Judges only to the rescue", acting secondarily so to speak! Good?

Terje Lea Just in case of interest, I find Antonin Scalia's Originalist position compatible with a "Legislationist" position. Thus I pay respect to forming laws "in the spirit of the Book of Laws (fx. Norges Lover)". Or when you sit there writing, that you are "in a spirit of the Law". This should be the beginning bricks for foundation! (Not having read a book, but generally (very) interested for a long time (I'm 35).

Terje Lea I must add that Europe can do well with its own Courts reporting (by example of Nancy Grace) and Justice section on CNN U.S. American edition and a Situation Room type of Legal Practice reporting (in media where there is "interest"). I welcome a more aware and active Legal Practice reporting in Europe. Also in the Pan-European sense (to close some holes for these "U.S. Americans" if not the "Colombians"... :-D

Security Programming on Distant Devices
Some on programming and security:
Classically, USA demonstrates this huge energy-generator that they set to destroy by a programmable interface and by destructive programming the generator is destroyed.
Well, this may be a counter-solution.
Given that the object-side of the programming is set by a physical code, much like MAC-address or SIM-card, but not necessarily.
This goes by a _secure_ ISP and is serviced by an operator, of course.
The service-side can designate the object-side's address and vice versa, and only this way, the two addresses being strict
and the object-side's device may be strictly set only by the programming, silently dropping idiot-packages. Thus, the object-side's device is strictly programmed with its own
masked code so that C++ becomes C++ custom, unrecognisable to C++ programmers, certainly not possible to program by C++ programming language.
In addition, the signals going to and from the object-side's device can be coded with a wildly generated, arbitrarily chosen algorithm, "broken" or not, akin to
printed codes on cards!
So let the crack-heads chew this for a while and let's have a safer world, please! Cheers!

Terje Lea C+ is really C++. I've just been away from it for too long. (Although, I probably would deserve a beer over my head with the guys at the pub.) This set-up is based on custom made service-side to object-side software and is of course that hardware that is supposed to serve some device of this or that nature, like the generator. I have at least seen C-programming being used on the net and I claim to know (with Ajax or embedded code or something) that it's just a matter of sending the instruction-code from a sender to a receiver. This is special for such code, but it's possible because one can make it custom code for both sender's software and receiver's software/hardware (eg. the generator). Good? (I guess much better now.)

It can be as simple as programming a peer-to-peer client where either party holds a kind of software key that they either designate themselves or is designated generically by software code that's downloaded with the peer-to-peer clients. Terje Lea Besides the identifier issue (as with SIM/MAC code) is that only a translation application of "Mystic Code*" -> C++ needs to exist. In effect the translation tool obscures the code language as well as the code is further obscured by coding algorithm. So really the C++ to MC and MC to C++ is no problem. The Translation Application sits on sender and receiver alike and here you have it! Cheers!

I see from the Jurisprudence article on Wikipedia, that people may want some words on Philosophy of Law from me. These are (rather quickly): 1. There should be no holes in a good system of legal practice/legislation system! 2. The laws are absolute and they can't be reasonably dodged. This point is supported by point 1.

Terje Lea 4. Legislation is on TOP. The courts are nr. 2 and the Police are nr. 3. There are various security concerns to this. I think the Police need clear rules/procedures as they do their work. I think the Judges only need to set a precedent if the Legislative Assembly (National Parliament) feigns its duties. So I want/hold a theory for a sharp and pro-active Legislative Body and "Judges only to the rescue", acting secondarily so to speak! Good?

Terje Lea Just in case of interest, I find Antonin Scalia's Originalist position compatible with a "Legislationist" position. Thus I pay respect to forming laws "in the spirit of the Book of Laws (fx. Norges Lover)". Or when you sit there writing, that you are "in a spirit of the Law". This should be the beginning bricks for foundation! (Not having read a book, but generally (very) interested for a long time (I'm 35).

Terje Lea I must add that Europe can do well with its own Courts reporting (by example of Nancy Grace) and Justice section on CNN U.S. American edition and a Situation Room type of Legal Practice reporting (in media where there is "interest"). I welcome a more aware and active Legal Practice reporting in Europe. Also in the Pan-European sense (to close some holes for these "U.S. Americans" if not the "Colombians"... :-D

Security Programming on Distant Devices
Some on programming and security:
Classically, USA demonstrates this huge energy-generator that they set to destroy by a programmable interface and by destructive programming the generator is destroyed.
Well, this may be a counter-solution.
Given that the object-side of the programming is set by a physical code, much like MAC-address or SIM-card, but not necessarily.
This goes by a _secure_ ISP and is serviced by an operator, of course.

In addition, the signals going to and from the object-side's device can be coded with a wildly generated, arbitrarily chosen algorithm, "broken" or not, akin to
printed codes on cards!

Terje Lea C+ is really C++. I've just been away from it for too long. (Although, I probably would deserve a beer over my head with the guys at the pub.) This set-up is based on custom made service-side to object-side software and is of course that hardware that is supposed to serve some device of this or that nature, like the generator. I have at least seen C-programming being used on the net and I claim to know (with Ajax or embedded code or something) that it's just a matter of sending the instruction-code from a sender to a receiver. This is special for such code, but it's possible because one can make it custom code for both sender's software and receiver's software/hardware (eg. the generator). Good? (I guess much better now.)

Terje Lea I'm not denying either that you may set _applications_ as the object-side (by identifier). It can be as simple as programming a peer-to-peer client where either party holds a kind of software key that they either designate themselves or is designated generically by software code that's downloaded with the peer-to-peer clients. Terje Lea Besides the identifier issue (as with SIM/MAC code) is that only a translation application of "Mystic Code*" -> C++ needs to exist. In effect the translation tool obscures the code language as well as the code is further obscured by coding algorithm. So really the C++ to MC and MC to C++ is no problem. The Translation Application sits on sender and receiver alike and here you have it! Cheers!

I'll air some concerns here that may slow down the rate the world develops considerably.

I see internal aggression in Europe and USA coming from two angles.
In USA, the general security is cut by an incredibly sharp demand for being successful, the social abyss of the disenfranchised...
In Europe, the general security is cut by an incredibly sharp social scheming with considerable corruption and crime almost to the extent that it pays to be a murderer if you're part of a larger set-up.
I like you to consider these two remarks and what it may mean to add/bring positivity to the rest of the world! These two reasons may very well be the foundation for the relatively slow ascent to a properly developed world (if not the failure of human kind, outright)! (I'll edit this entry later so that it appears less spontaneous.)

Since I've began the investigations on psychiatry, this page has come into mind more and more and finally presented a while later, seeing the urgency, probably world wide. The original date is this far unknown, but maybe it's from about 2006 or 2007 or so.
On one occasion, it has been republished, after the website has gone down, on the Philosophy Now forum as Psychiatric Views and Findings, by Mon. Nov. 23, 2009 7:15 am. Probably CET, but consider also GMT.
This page has first been published as Notice and Countermeasures by the filename, notice_and_countermeasures.html. The publishing date that I find likely is around 28. April, 2004. This page has used to lie one step under "About abuses and torture...", by the filename, commentsabutort.html, that has the definite publishing date of 28.01.2003. Thus, this webpage even precedes my psychiatric investigations. Cool?

Countermeasures (check routines for compensating for faulty mental health personnel):
Log/diary: Create a log or diary. Make sure you get your things through according to your planner.
Relations: Stay in touch with people you trust.
Isolation rule: Isolate if things get wrong. It may help to calm your head for a number of days in order to look at the basic things over again.
Counterthreat: If you can counterthreat, it may be helpful, but you should be ascertain that you have the odds... On the other hand, it may be wise to keep things in secret from your enemy in order to get to results.
Formalization: Make sure you seek a formalization, like seeing a therapist or a physician. If you have knowledge, you should make a complaint right away for the sake of record. You shouldn't worry too much about making a complaint. It can only help you!
(I add some words to help people overcome trouble from living under the power of lunatics. These are:)
Make sure to get the copy, hard or soft, of the most important parts or all of your journal. Don't leave out this point!
Telepathy: It is critical that people learn themselves telepathy. It makes your everyday a lot safer. You also detect danger much more easily and your social skills become much more adept and acute.
Remark: I you consider suicide, then do not! Allow the assholes to die first (like in 1. place).
Because you are usually good and they are bad. AND see here: Here is a sound procedure of likelihood of greater chance and less misery. It follows... Farber's Theory of Suicide S = f ( PIC.DEC.DIG.TS / Su.HFT ) where the key is ( / = dividend as on the calculator).
S = Probability of Suicide
PIC = Frequency of Production of Personalities Injured in Their Sense of Competence
DEC = Demands for the Exercising of Competence
DIG = Demands for Interpersonal Giving
TS = Tolerance of Suicide
Su = Availability of Succorance
HFT = Degree of Hope in the Future Time Perspective of the Society (where you are. You can change it) NOW if you take these considerations into account of your own situation, you can quickly identify the focus of your work and efforts. (I will write more later so that it becomes more clear what to do.)
I hope you get to use this information well and I like to give you the warning that life can prove incredibly difficult and it's up to you to make the bottom line consideration on how long you want to keep going by Farber's theory above. Best wishes to you!

I've formerly written on something one can associate with MAD (mutually assured destruction). So for assuring this MAD, I prescribe Nuclear Warheads on SCRAMJET missiles on, possibly, the Typhoons or all else (in countries except USA). These should perhaps also have curving capacities. This for now. The actual blog post is coming up! They probably know this (the military people) and I also support all other options, yet in line with overall Pugwash strategy if this can be achieved.

There's an additional point that includes Breivik's "terrorist activity" and this is that his mind-set and his perception of society have been grown out of a "hate-culture" of Norway insofar as his terrorist-deeds have been hateful!
