Inquiry: some people _now_ coin the Nazi greeting (stolen from a Nazi with an amputated arm stuck into his mouth) with the Brazilian flag, Ordem e Progresso, giving it new content! What do you think about that? And what if you add fx. Heil zu Angela Merkel und die Demokratie? (Beware, please, of the sensitivities of the older people, 50+ or so. The Israeli, the same, but they are not nice to the Palestinians, are they?) Also, you can add this to the idea of the Pistolier/Pistoliere (French) under the Blog Postings below. Good?

I see from the Jurisprudence article on Wikipedia, that people may want some words on Philosophy of Law from me. These are (rather quickly): 1. There should be no holes in a good system of legal practice/legislation system! 2. The laws are absolute and they can't be reasonably dodged. This point is supported by point 1.

Terje Lea 4. Legislation is on TOP. The courts are nr. 2 and the Police are nr. 3. There are various security concerns to this. I think the Police need clear rules/procedures as they do their work. I think the Judges only need to set a precedent if the Legislative Assembly (National Parliament) feigns its duties. So I want/hold a theory for a sharp and pro-active Legislative Body and "Judges only to the rescue", acting secondarily so to speak! Good?

Terje Lea Just in case of interest, I find Antonin Scalia's Originalist position compatible with a "Legislationist" position. Thus I pay respect to forming laws "in the spirit of the Book of Laws (fx. Norges Lover)". Or when you sit there writing, that you are "in a spirit of the Law". This should be the beginning bricks for foundation! (Not having read a book, but generally (very) interested for a long time (I'm 35).

Terje Lea Also take note on the meditative state for making laws. Legislation happens at most meditative state, down to the Judges (by the heat of the Trial and direct Justice down further to Police under fire, so to speak! Thus, this comes natural!

Terje Lea I must add that Europe can do well with its own Courts reporting (by example of Nancy Grace) and Justice section on CNN U.S. American edition and a Situation Room type of Legal Practice reporting (in media where there is "interest"). I welcome a more aware and active Legal Practice reporting in Europe. Also in the Pan-European sense (to close some holes for these "U.S. Americans" if not the "Colombians"... :-D

Security Programming on Distant Devices
Some on programming and security:
Classically, USA demonstrates this huge energy-generator that they set to destroy by a programmable interface and by destructive programming the generator is destroyed.
Well, this may be a counter-solution.
Given that the object-side of the programming is set by a physical code, much like MAC-address or SIM-card, but not necessarily.
This goes by a _secure_ ISP and is serviced by an operator, of course.
The service-side can designate the object-side's address and vice versa, and only this way, the two addresses being strict
and the object-side's device may be strictly set only by the programming, silently dropping idiot-packages. Thus, the object-side's device is strictly programmed with its own
masked code so that C++ becomes C++ custom, unrecognisable to C++ programmers, certainly not possible to program by C++ programming language.
In addition, the signals going to and from the object-side's device can be coded with a wildly generated, arbitrarily chosen algorithm, "broken" or not, akin to
printed codes on cards!
So let the crack-heads chew this for a while and let's have a safer world, please! Cheers!

Terje Lea C+ is really C++. I've just been away from it for too long. (Although, I probably would deserve a beer over my head with the guys at the pub.) This set-up is based on custom made service-side to object-side software and is of course that hardware that is supposed to serve some device of this or that nature, like the generator. I have at least seen C-programming being used on the net and I claim to know (with Ajax or embedded code or something) that it's just a matter of sending the instruction-code from a sender to a receiver. This is special for such code, but it's possible because one can make it custom code for both sender's software and receiver's software/hardware (eg. the generator). Good? (I guess much better now.)

Terje Lea I'm not denying either that you may set _applications_ as the object-side (by identifier). It can be as simple as programming a peer-to-peer client where either party holds a kind of software key that they either designate themselves or is designated generically by software code that's downloaded with the peer-to-peer clients. You choose... The world is open! Enjoy yourself (together or whatever)!!!

Terje Lea Besides the identifier issue (as with SIM/MAC code) is that only a translation application of "Mystic Code*" -> C++ needs to exist. In effect the translation tool obscures the code language as well as the code is further obscured by coding algorithm. So really the C++ to MC and MC to C++ is no problem. The Translation Application sits on sender and receiver alike and here you have it! Cheers!

I've written, earlier, to Amnesty International (AI) about the necessity of courage for achieving decency and honour and this is worth much more than what "these other people" can ever understand. They just "fly on" whatever (whether it's heroin or something else). This is an important decision for You to make! I just tell you... (Blut und Ehre as Courage has the Blood _to_ Honour in it, yet the writing says Courage to Honour (placed with AI)! This may be found contradictory ...

I know you may find it weird that I'm writing "with sympathy" of "Nazi greeting", the speech by Hitler to the Reichstag in 1939 and, lastly, about the "Blut und Ehre" motto/mantra! This is because the Nazis have given a sh*tty reputation to what can otherwise be found to be good/full of character/stylish/encouraging! So, it's THEM, the Nazis, who have stolen from the good people and turned it into sh*t! I'm simply returning these good features BACK TO the good people, AGAIN!!! Good?

If the new state of Palestine is offered on grounds for accepting 2 new settlements of the Israeli, just to avoid the (endless) fighting over words, I think the Palestinians should accept for getting to next stage. I also remember loosely the statement by a some Palestinian official uttering something like "I'll accept every proposal for borders, just give me borders" and it is in this vein I'm thinking. It's time for this to get real (and for Palestinians to get the self-esteem of statehood and for being part of the UN "club", better looked after by international relations). Good?

I'll air some concerns here that may slow down the rate the world develops considerably.

I see internal aggression in Europe and USA coming from two angles.
In USA, the general security is cut by an incredibly sharp demand for being successful, the social abyss of the disenfranchised...
In Europe, the general security is cut by an incredibly sharp social scheming with considerable corruption and crime almost to the extent that it pays to be a murderer if you're part of a larger set-up.
I like you to consider these two remarks and what it may mean to add/bring positivity to the rest of the world! These two reasons may very well be the foundation for the relatively slow ascent to a properly developed world (if not the failure of human kind, outright)! (I'll edit this entry later so that it appears less spontaneous.)

Since I've began the investigations on psychiatry, this page has come into mind more and more and finally presented a while later, seeing the urgency, probably world wide. The original date is this far unknown, but maybe it's from about 2006 or 2007 or so.
On one occasion, it has been republished, after the website has gone down, on the Philosophy Now forum as Psychiatric Views and Findings, by Mon. Nov. 23, 2009 7:15 am. Probably CET, but consider also GMT.
This page has first been published as Notice and Countermeasures by the filename, notice_and_countermeasures.html. The publishing date that I find likely is around 28. April, 2004. This page has used to lie one step under "About abuses and torture...", by the filename, commentsabutort.html, that has the definite publishing date of 28.01.2003. Thus, this webpage even precedes my psychiatric investigations. Cool?

Countermeasures (check routines for compensating for faulty mental health personnel):
Log/diary: Create a log or diary. Make sure you get your things through according to your planner.
Relations: Stay in touch with people you trust.
Isolation rule: Isolate if things get wrong. It may help to calm your head for a number of days in order to look at the basic things over again.
Counterthreat: If you can counterthreat, it may be helpful, but you should be ascertain that you have the odds... On the other hand, it may be wise to keep things in secret from your enemy in order to get to results.
Formalization: Make sure you seek a formalization, like seeing a therapist or a physician. If you have knowledge, you should make a complaint right away for the sake of record. You shouldn't worry too much about making a complaint. It can only help you!
(I add some words to help people overcome trouble from living under the power of lunatics. These are:)
Make sure to get the copy, hard or soft, of the most important parts or all of your journal. Don't leave out this point!
Telepathy: It is critical that people learn themselves telepathy. It makes your everyday a lot safer. You also detect danger much more easily and your social skills become much more adept and acute.
Remark: I you consider suicide, then do not! Allow the assholes to die first (like in 1. place).
Because you are usually good and they are bad. AND see here: Here is a sound procedure of likelihood of greater chance and less misery. It follows... Farber's Theory of Suicide S = f ( PIC.DEC.DIG.TS / Su.HFT ) where the key is ( / = dividend as on the calculator).
S = Probability of Suicide
PIC = Frequency of Production of Personalities Injured in Their Sense of Competence
DEC = Demands for the Exercising of Competence
DIG = Demands for Interpersonal Giving
TS = Tolerance of Suicide
Su = Availability of Succorance
HFT = Degree of Hope in the Future Time Perspective of the Society (where you are. You can change it) NOW if you take these considerations into account of your own situation, you can quickly identify the focus of your work and efforts. (I will write more later so that it becomes more clear what to do.)
I hope you get to use this information well and I like to give you the warning that life can prove incredibly difficult and it's up to you to make the bottom line consideration on how long you want to keep going by Farber's theory above. Best wishes to you!

I've formerly written on something one can associate with MAD (mutually assured destruction). So for assuring this MAD, I prescribe Nuclear Warheads on SCRAMJET missiles on, possibly, the Typhoons or all else (in countries except USA). These should perhaps also have curving capacities. This for now. The actual blog post is coming up! They probably know this (the military people) and I also support all other options, yet in line with overall Pugwash strategy if this can be achieved.

About Honour and A. Behring Breivik. Because these leader f*cks have been so ignorant and corrupt about our society, the Norwegian one, mr. Breivik earns the _honour_ for making this point, although being in the clouds on what he means, i.e., Islamisation of Europe, instead of being factual about what he's dissatisfied with, i.e., crime, drugs and so on. In this we do the grave mistakes of forgetting these 700 people/A YEAR _killers_. The heritage of the 1988-suicide number and the Scand. Star mass murder of 1995 lives on (note on SS=SchutzStaffel of Nazi Germany)!!! This must not go unnoticed!!!

On Israel and 900 new settlement-housing units planned in East Jerusalem: In light of the planning of 900 new housing units, I call for "cautious" sanctions against Israel on all sorts of signal products as Champagne and Parma-ham for their _consistent_ undermining of solutions with their neighbouring Palestinians. This should be discussed at UN. I want to speculate on the reason why U.S. Americans never really can press the "Nuke the World"-button!
First of all, would the U.S. Americans be able to live with the controversy aftermath considering their very mixed society/societies, with all the ethnicities?
Secondly, are U.S. Americans now dependent on the good "energies" of foreigners now to sustain themselves?
Thirdly, there would be vast environmental impacts and would USA be able to live with this in retrospect? The full nuclear holocaust would destroy vast areas of surface terrain on land and would destroy a vast number of species in addition to the humans.
So I bet that the U.S. Americans are playing with the button in the sense that the great Atlantic and the Pacific will protect them from any aftermath effects and that they are self-sufficient with food capacities and most other minerals and mines and what have you. In theory, there might be a chance then "to create a self-delusion" to self-justify the nuclear destruction to the rest of the world, pending South America in consideration, i.e., how much of our Southies to preserve?
This is of course not entirely serious. I just want to entertain the thought with you and inform people of this notion.
I must also say that this is probably the most cynical thought you may ever get from the U.S. Americans!!! If this thought is utterly removed, the world will have nudged forward a little toward (emotional) world peace (in everyone).
One fine gesture from the U.S. Americans may be to "offer"/"allow" devastating damage to be inflicted on the themselves to remove such an absolutely idiotic thought, thus creating the military/foreign policy of "The Devastating Damage to USA" doctrine! This should make the trick, I think!
So to calm down a few people, I think we need to see an escalation before we happen to think that "U.S. Americans may be pushing the button". I also don't want our good political leaders and business leaders to lie down/back down because some idiot U.S. American is hinting toward this ridiculous notion of pushing the nuclear war button. In every case I want the fear communicated to the right people before our good political leaders and business leaders of EU/Europe/Russia(/China) are to lie down/back down!!! That is, the fear must become expressed! This is normative and please don't make any mistake about it!!!
As I understand it, MAD (Mutually Assured Destruction) has been a negative notion in that it has been the main impeller behind the missile defence shield. Thus, MAD in this sense has been the scenario that one has wanted to avoid. Now, on the other hand, I suggest that in case of the World against USA, such a scenario would be seen as so crazy that the sentiment toward MAD, i.e., in the sense of the World (exc. USA) against USA, even in USA would be seen as positive and I think this is an important difference, i.e., seeing MAD in this (new) positive sense and in the negative sense (traditionally thought of as USA vs. Russia/Soviet Union).
Because the momentum for the World (exc. USA) would of course be democracy and not the (evil) communism of Russia/Soviet Union. Thus, ethically, obviously, the World is justified in devastating/destroying USA, possibly in a MAD scenario, and reasonably so in the face of such lunacy altogether.
For world peace and democracy! Cheers!

Idag er det noe jeg vil påpeke og det er at jeg er skeptisk/sterkt skeptisk til (en del) av Norges demokratiske øverste ledere, både i det offentlige generelt, men også når det gjelder politiske ledere. Jeg ser ingen grunn til, under dagens politiske virkelighet, at disse ledere tilskrives noen spesiell moralsk karakter, enten det er statsministeren eller en dommer i Høyesterett. Man skal huske på at dagens statsminister i Norge har dype politiske røtter (Thorvald Stoltenberg, (mv.?)) og at det greit lar seg gjøre å skjøtte statsministerposten like mye som rabiate kirurger kan skjøtte sin kirurgi, dvs. type Dr. Mengele. Det er mulig jeg skriver mer om dette! Takk for nå!

About Honour and A. Behring Breivik. Because these leader f*cks have been so ignorant and corrupt about our society, the Norwegian one, mr. Breivik earns the _honour_ for making this point, although being in the clouds on what he means, i.e., Islamisation of Europe, instead of being factual about what he's dissatisfied with, i.e., crime, drugs and so on. Thus Breivik stands well compared with these idiot leaders ranking from professors, lawyers, police officers, medical doctors (incl. or esp. psychiatrists and psychologists with their monkey-biz mongering and direct misguidance)! Therefore, there is a good chance that the prior "depression" (no clinical validity) of mr. Breivik leading to the bomb blast and massacre shooting _may_ (certainly not necessarily) lead to something positive and that his "hidden" motivation/ethical (catholic) consideration yields results in a more sound development of the Norwegian society. I hold the words of the Prime Minister to him: there's going to be more democracy! This is of course in opposition [to] the 500 suicide victims blown away every year/persecuted into the graves and 200 others in various "accidents"/mere disappearances/"medical anomalies". In this we do the grave mistakes of forgetting these 700 people/A YEAR _killers_. The heritage of the 1988-suicide number and the Scand. Star mass murder of 1995 lives on (note on SS=SchutzStaffel of Nazi Germany)!!! This must not go unnoticed!!!

Terje Lea The "documentary" also gets criticism for proximity to the tragedy and criticism for using survivors (also a kind of victims) in it, with its proximity and as they have been probably in (emotional) devastation as this filming occurs. On Israel and 900 new settlement-housing units planned in East Jerusalem: In light of the planning of 900 new housing units, I call for "cautious" sanctions against Israel on all sorts of signal products as Champagne and Parma-ham for their _consistent_ undermining of solutions with their neighbouring Palestinians. This should be discussed at UN. And even though this definite undermining of disciplinary reactions to Israel by USA takes place, I think the other nations are fully entitled to announce their dissatisfaction, thus _increasing_ global pressure against Israel for getting more serious in the conflict. The sanctions can be justified citing worldwide security concerns as incitement for conflict and the obvious idiot will to this incitement by the Israeli. This means that I hope these countries can come together and give these declarations against Israel despite the idiot vetoing by USA for making the full _other_ 6,5 - 7,0 Bn (Billion!) people heard and that _they_ (not USA) get to give this dearly welcomed voice to the Palestinians and their cause for a rightful state with some borders if not directly the 1967 borders to start with!
