The Scientific Bible 2.0 - Commentary to the Bible - The Project Underway - Philosophy of Religion?

Supporting the "scientific Bible": You need to remember that when the Bible was written some 1500 years ago they were... forgive me... simpletons...! They probably sat there and babbled over numbers and said "give me a big number!" and the answer from the buddy was "6000?". Alright, that's a big number, my good man, it is now written! This is the way the Bible came into being. They had no clue over 900 000 things and so on... And they certainly didn't have the Carbon-14 (C-14) dating method in place either! Thus, I think one can expect most or all "reasonable religious people to reject or do away with the old notions of "religious truths" and that it's not serious to bother to hold these old views AGAINST religious people unless they promote these stupid ideas of "these ancestors of ours, these simpletons!" Alright? Put the idiocy to the anachronistic religious people...! By the way, the highest number of the Roman Numbers is M = 1000, so there they sit with 6 Ms and it's almost impossible to describe 900 000 things with the Roman Numbers. So certainly, the "Scientific Bible" should be made!

One thing more over this "evolution theory" (as if it could be crucial whatsoever): There is NO religious duty to stay WITH the description of fx. the Bible (by Noah's Ark and the 6000 year old planet) as such. The core of Religious belief is ethics, meaning, true description and a possibleknowledge entailment of its claims of Heaven or some stage toward reincarnation! Thus, every Religious person can accept science w/o qualms and PLACE Religion on TOP of this, w/o any (formal) problem whatsoever! This is point nr. 2 pro-Scientific Bible!

‎(My) Scientific Bible 2.0 - Commentary, (after the 1901 version of a woman): Attempts on making a scientific bible have been made earlier and at that point in time "The Science of God: Convergence of Scientific and Biblical Wisdom" by Gerald L. Schroeder (1994) has been a part of my own inspiration, in being criticised for a kind of "flood" view that other people, scientists of geology and others, have criticised shortly after publishing by "Illustrated Science" (Norw. "Illustrert Vitenskap" with url, http://illvit.no/ ). There are lots of other "scientific bibles" from what I can find on Amazon. Enjoy yours! To the Catholic Church, I've also been intrigued by the so-called Galileo-question, that has probably attracted a good deal of negative attention to Christianity up to our times. This is now slashed, I believe and that the Catholic Church and other churches are now moving forward with some greater confidence, perhaps. Times are difficult and people are asked to arm themselves with guns and protect homes with the usual intrusion-countermeasures.

As we know from before, the Bible is a matter of most honest worries, the need for description/explanation and storytelling and that the New Testament needs to be rated "lower" in value than the (more important) Old Testament.

My interpretation Noah and the Ark under the premise of the Bible as storytelling and not an account by the Bible writers from real life. This brings us  Noah and the Flood, not true, but Noah and the metaphorical Flood of people by becoming more people and the metaphorical Ark as well, in terms of responsibility to Nature and not as a big boat for surviving any flood at all.

Given then the early premise of the Bible by Noah's Ark we can deduce further:
There's an immediate DUTY for the Church to immediately embrace a two children / one child strategy and the widespread use of contraception pills and condoms BECAUSE PLANET EARTH IS GOD'S CREATION IN ALL IT'S DIVERSITY and solemnly so!!! If we fail to carry Earth as such, we may infringe on God's will and benevolence to us!!! From the WWF it's easy to come to grips with animals in great distress over the whole World! That the duty on us, we need to effectuate immediately for complying with the combatting of Overpopulation by ushering in family policies of 1 kid or 2 kids as general rule! That is, the Church's acceptance pushes government into action!

Whether it is common to think so or not, I must say that The Church of Christianity surely may speak against the suicide, but I think this is directed to a friend in hardship and not the friend's own wish to end it! Thus, the Church of Christ. needs / has the explicit duty to let these people seek their own ends, including that of the suicide. This may also entail that the Church now has the duty to facilitate suicides on the common basis, regardless! I mean, the Church can't sit and watch people being tortured to death and be silent about it or remain an authority of consciousness to people of character and of sound faith!!! This must be clear.

Remember, that when you read this, you should separate "duty" from "natural inclination" so that every time you uphold a duty, you get "stars of respect" from your humanity, but when you stick to "lawful" natural inclination, pertaining to the Principle of Categorical Imperative that is the main message of this text it must then be clear, this must be allowed and in compliance with general humanity!

Because committing suicide does not mean that you destroy other people's ends, no, it means you end yours and leave others to their ends, which is commonly respected in this text!

The tree of knowledge:
the tree of knowledge as I interpret it under this new project of mine as the Scientific Bible 2.0, Commentary, must be the the tree of knowledge as the tree that has the knowledge that's dangerous such as the knowledge of how to abuse and torture people.
With the forbidden fruit (of energies).
One the other hand, all the other trees of good knowledge are there where you can eat all the fruit you can possibly have the appetite for!

Religion in history:
The Original Man: 30 000 years
Religious Human Kind: Only 2000 years
Atheism, no matter how wrong: less than 100 years and not entirely popular

Conclusion: Religion is still an achievement worthy of much respect! Also for the Palestine/Israel conflict, that Judaism and Islam and Ecumenical together as peace maker!
The Original Man, genus Homo Humans, neanderthals, homo erectus, and their direct ancestors 2.5 Mn years ago - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timeline_of_human_evolution .

Jesus 2nd Coming, one interpretation, now that I've declared "Metaphysical Jesus" / "Jesus as the Fulfillment of the 10 Commandments" , in a sense, "God to God self", yet unknown...

So I read the Bible's word for Jesus' 2nd Coming as a hope for stating an undoing of the people's (Pontius Pilatus) crucifixion of exactly Jesus, and that as he returns, by a kind of Buddhistic Reincarnation, directly from Heaven and God self, to "take the promised land" back to God, if not only to oversee that it has returned to God self, by personal confirmation, that is, so to make the promised land the Promised Land, but never before Utopia (or the final days of the Earth).

As we know from before, the Bible is a matter of most honest worries, the need for description/explanation and storytelling and that the New Testament needs to be rated "lower" in value than the (more important) Old Testament.

Now, we arrive at the conclusion: that Jesus is the part of Trinity who's supposed to bring the message of eternal salvation or havoc/eternal condemnation to human kind by the final Judgment (Judgment Day(s)), totally, all planet, all human kind, of the (modern sense) 10 Commandments and that the true Christian hope must be, metaphorically, for Jesus to walk the Promised Land again, triumphant by the 10 Commandments, under God's true words and promise to the human kind, indeed, told of as God's miracle on Earth, that is, human kind, God's miracle, with Jesus, part of Trinity, happy in the Promised Land, the Utopia of the Earth!

In Adam being created by God as matter of human being, separating right from wrong, and with the Holy Ghost, but also that Eve being created from his rib, that I interpret for being Adam by God allowing/preserving/creating Eve by his manly defence and character exactly under God.

Yes, that again, the storytelling is in and that the text again presents us with metaphor of the reasonable kind, but also the sense from a person with a deep feeling that this is important to add to the Bible.

I also hold the view that God is the creator behind "the law" of Darwinism, that Human Beings have been intended by God as God has created the Universe and Planet Earth.

Job in the Bible IS the job to accomplish!
Job's Book is a Book of worries, holding no Job or Job's Farm whatsoever.
The Dynamic Bible (and other Holy Books): I think that the Hebrew Bible, to start, is a dynamic document with ending words, "...now, please make a commentary!" on "the last page"! This is most certainly true of Job's Book (by only about 40 pages)! You can see for yourself, please!
You may want to know that it should now be acceptable for the Catholic Church to accept all "good science/knowledge" upon the mission to identify "God's ways in nature"!
Thus, the Catholic Church jolts a great step forward in terms of connecting to human kind in all matters important, with the religious on the very top of it all!

1. Jesus as Revenge of Jesus
→ Under Revenge of Jesus it may now be a duty to arm oneself with one or more guns and include an arsenal of other "deterrents". The first commandment may imply to worship truth!
→ Under the line above, that we have a duty to STAY WITH the principles of Truth and live dutifully to God and life, incl. offspring!
It may also be noted that I'm an author of a whole new psychiatric theory!
I've also suggested the writing of the "Scientific [Hebrew] Bible", commentary only!
I've also made God/Deity belief for the World wide population by 4-fold solution to God, thus intellectually defeating Atheism in general!

2. The Metaphorical Jesus
Over the status of Jesus and how to remove the apparent contradiction and the moral trouble with Jesus being tortured and killed on the cross, it can be worthwhile to consider this thought:
if you consider Jesus to be a kind of symbolism that goes like the following, I think you'll be better off. Alright, Jesus is (now) to be considered "purely symbolic" and it should spark these lines.
1. It might be that God loves humanity so much that he would incarnate on earth as "his Son, Jesus".
2. But this thought is so abruptly wrong because humanity loves God back and can't bear such an experience. Thus God is asked to refrain from this and the humanity to God and vice versa of love is by this affirmed!

The meaning here of course is that Humanity is set religiously free from sins by killing/punishing the sinners over them killing "innocence"/superiority of God impersonated by Jesus!

With both of these interpretations the alleged paradox of Jesus vanishes completely! The latest is though much harder, much more cool!

I've now delivered two interpretations on the part of Jesus and the meaning of his person in the Bible, one is metaphorical!
The meaning here of course is that Humanity is set religiously free from sins by killing/punishing the sinners over them killing "innocence"/superiority of God impersonated by Jesus!

This is in line with my investigation of the Bible as an important cultural document, over its metaphorics and wisdom, if not the facts are found as such, more or less correctly written to the best ability of that time. I'm NOT a Christian, I'm a Scientologist (who respects all other "beliefs and creeds", according to the teachings of Scientology itself and its great tolerance)!

Hallelujah!
Just in case it's worth something, it may be that my interpretation as suggestion to Christianity may unite it to Islam and Judaism because it hypothetically can be accepted in all three, yet only has a definite status in one → Concl: Theology stays the same, but the 3, JCI now with the possibility to share a greater deal of understanding and coming across as honest, cross-religiously with this.

There's an immediate DUTY for the Church to immediately embrace a two children / one child strategy and the widespread use of contraception pills and condoms BECAUSE PLANET EARTH IS GOD'S CREATION IN ALL IT'S DIVERSITY and solemnly so!!! If we fail to /carry Earth as such/, we may infringe on God's will and benevolence to us!!! From the WWF it's easy to come to grips with animals in great distress over the whole World!

I mean, the Church can't sit and watch people being tortured to death and be silent about it or remain an authority of consciousness to people of character and of sound faith! This must be clear.

Even the very excellent philosopher Kant (1724 - 1804) seems to agree that suicide is something that must be allowed and that staying in life despite of hardship is praiseworthy, i.e., please look to his 80 pages moral text, a text inline with the critiques, I think!

Link to Wikip. on one of his critiques: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Critique_of_Practical_Reason !

What I talk about here is: (1785) Groundwork of the Metaphysics of Morals (Grundlegung zur Metaphysik der Sitten)!

This is written on p. 45 in one version, where he explains the First principle!

Concerning "God's Lamb", I must say that I've been thinking about this and it stands fairly clear to me, over the Scientific Bible (minimally The Old Testament) that this must be a symbolic encouragement "to stay alert" and "not to fall into heathens' hands/power" and thus, by animal convention as guinea pigs and more, the God's Lamb is sacrificed (or "assaulted by baddies behind a corner"). I think Christianity is getting better by the day now and I hope you find it beautiful too, even though our ancestors have been simpler than us today.

I am inspired and I may offer "a good deal". It's up to you, the readers of this to pass the correct judgments! That is, formally speaking, the services from above are offered on the basis of a consultant from "the far east", finding great reflections valuable to everyone, but in one Catholic Church with a theology that I'm not prepared to accept just yet. This also applies to most other Christian Churches. However, the Unitarian Church may be acceptable, but I'm happy with Scientology and I see no immediate need to offer more than insights at this point in time!

It should be obvious that these are very important to Christianity all over the World and I hope others follow up if my chances for doing this are lost or if I'm too encumbered with other matters, one way or another.

Then one good verse to remember for this weapon purpose of self-defence:
Psalm 149
King James Version (KJV)
149 Praise ye the Lord. Sing unto the Lord a new song, and his praise in the congregation of saints.
2 Let Israel rejoice in him that made him: let the children of Zion be joyful in their King.
3 Let them praise his name in the dance: let them sing praises unto him with the timbrel and harp.
4 For the Lord taketh pleasure in his people: he will beautify the meek with salvation.
5 Let the saints be joyful in glory: let them sing aloud upon their beds.
6 Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand;

Reading the Bible in serving the ecumenical world, all "whitelist religions", counting under 20(?), like JCIB, as "Moses II" metaphorically/"charicaturely":
I cite this evangelical duty of religions, this time Christianity, by Exodus 31:13:
"...for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that ye may [only as speech here] know that I [am] the Lord [who] that doth sanctify you [i.e., keep you in God's grace to Heaven as you die].
Otherwise: "to bring God's salvation", "to bring the word of the Bible to all people so that they can turn to God and Heaven", etc. from the Bible, of course, one of them, King James (Bible of 1611), the Bible of Erasmus of Rotterdam, the Catholic Bible, so on.

God in closing the door on Humanity - The sins and the injustice to very worthy people, there can only be one possibility, solving the Biblical duality of some saying The Day of the Judgment when Doomsday is to arrive.

God Closing the Door on Humanity - Declaring the whole thing ripe for the Devil?

Life as God's Test of Humanity!

I'm not sure if I've written it before, but I think it says in the Bible that "life is God's test to humanity"! That is, as we endure the difficulties in life, we choose God's path in life in order to achieve God's goal that's set for us! However, this doesn't mean that God has only created this humanity on Earth (among other humanity on other planets) or that God hasn't given us a sufficient chance to fulfill a God's set goal, "Heaven in one form or another, whether as reincarnation or something else". Indeed, I think we have or we've had this opportunity sufficiently for us to say that God is God, that God is perfect and that the principles need to be carried through, no matter what!

To say that humanity has failed on Earth doesn't mean that humanity has failed everywhere in the Universe/Multiverse. It doesn't mean either that the souls here or there are condemned likewise.

Note so far, by this, then, there are chances by degrees that are given by God out of our own human behaviour, of which much would be 100% given that we would have made our lives more wisely ordered (and even in death to be blessed)! This is clearly not reality today!

As the other version, of 2 in the Bible, is the word of salvation.

One may say that one receives salvation in Heaven and that the sins of the Earth take over Earth-life, "bound to bigger Devil on Planet Earth".

The up-side is for the Good People, the worthy people to God, to find mind's rest in relying on own actions on Planet Earth and let God sort out the rest, "come what may". That we are to actually comply with the 10 Commandments and just spear everything upto a point where we can either "join" (out from hardship/"military" emergency) life as decent on Planet Earth or die still WORTHY!

Some preaching for today. I note that 1 Corinthians 3:16 - 3:17 reads:
16 Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit lives in you? 17 If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy him; for God’s temple is sacred, and you are that temple.
Just put this with Plotinus and forget still that the above needs to be compatible with the Path to God, that you DO NOT replace God with yourself, falling prey to the Cardinal Sin of "Pride"/"Aloofness", the sin no. 7!

“In God, whose word I praise - in God I trust and am not afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?” Psalm 56:4 NIV..

The finishing words of this bidding for The Scientific Bible 2.0 - Commentary are:
Some Biblical inspiration: "James 4:17": Anyone, then, who knows the good he ought to do and doesn't do it, sins. [The New Int. Version, 1984!]
Numbers 15:30 NIV
" 'But anyone who sins defiantly, whether native-born or alien, blasphemes the LORD, and that person must be cut off from his people." This one is very hard and good, I think!
Numbers 16:26 NIV
"He warned the assembly, "Move back from the tents of these wicked men! Do not touch anything belonging to them, or you will be swept away because of all their sins."
I've also quoted Ezekiel under Revenge of Jesus and it fits very well: When you have the idiot in front of you and you know you have the power and you get to exercise some moral character, I can only advise this for the good vigilante/pistolier:
The Classic Ezekiel 25:17, it goes,
"The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the iniquities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who in the name of charity and goodwill shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee."

Note: I have previously offered my services to the Pope of Rome / The Vatican / of the Catholic Church for this, signalling that I see this as important!
Note2: Under The Scientific Bible 2.0 - Commentary, certainly, this implies no changes of original documents (most importantly up to King James Bible and others)! Copyrighted works are also subjects to this notion, but this is an entirely different story!
Note3: This is in line with my investigation of the Bible as an important cultural document, over its metaphorics and wisdom, if not the facts are found as such, more or less correctly written to the best ability of that time. That some of the time under "unlawful detention" by Norwegian authorities has made robbed away from me a better quality presentation. Sorry.
Note4: Valid Holy Books only apply to the "whitelist" Religions under 20 or so!
Note5: The finished work should have as title: The Scientific Bible 2.0 - A Commentary to All Valid Holy Books.

  1. The Old Testament is, by the Norwegian Bible, as published from the Norwegian Biblical Company, 1077 pages. Surely, this can be "updated", don't you think? [May this be based on the King James Version of 1611?]

I also note our common ground of the Old Testament by Early Monotheism as culture! (I'm not a Christian and favour metaphorical/symbolic approach to Religious teachings from the Old Testament that we now may make a commentary to on Scientific Grounding, making it far more suitable for the young to rest their minds on in growing up!)

When I refer to the Old Testament in the future, I'll refer to the Septuagint (LXX)! Alright?

    Some links: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hebrew_Bible , http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Septuagint , http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monotheism , http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/9/96/TextsOT.PNG and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Old_testament !
Hebrew Bible - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
    en.wikipedia.org

Let's also hold in consideration the Latin Vulgate. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Latin_Vulgate !
Vulgate - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
    en.wikipedia.org

So there is no doubt that the Early Monotheism that I've referred to by the Old Testament /can/ be named Hebrewism represented by the Hebrew Bible, including various versions, but only 2 being interesting for myself, the Latin Vulgate and the Septuagint (LXX)! Alright?

So we identify a good target here by: "The Eastern Orthodox books included in the Old Testament are the seven deuterocanonical books listed above, plus 3 Maccabees and 1 Esdras (also included in the Clementine Vulgate), while Baruch is divided from the Epistle of Jeremiah, making a total of 49 Old Testament books in contrast with the Protestant 39-book canon.[29]". This makes the Catholic Bible, the Deuterocanonical books, very promising because you get to evaluate and potentially adjust a bigger, more true set! This can make a fine entry for our "Scientific Bible" project as described elsewhere in response to Roman Numbers and C-14 Dating Method. Good?

  3. I've added the following under a presentation of Alvin Plantinga's Modal Ontological Argument for God on YouTube: a response to a YouTube-user, -> Maximally great spirit (as if arising from the liquer bottle). If not the spirit then Plantinga's hidden obsession with athletes or any other person with his admired characteristic!
Even then, Superman or Superwoman produces dreams INTO the real World regardless. And God in this instance, to be hard on the facts, CAN'T be separated from Superman without adding description! It's not my duty to sum up the discussion on the Ontological Arguments. You other people can do that if you like!
Although Plantinga is certainly no (wanted) opponent, I've wished to utter response to why I've not been satisfied with the current dish of arguments pro-(necessary-)God. I've followed St. Aquinas, Søren Kierkegaard and Lady Conway for a number of years as I've found these to represent the best, adding G. Bruno of late (for extended "monades" as possible particles). Ontological arguments are good efforts, but if you try them out toward the opposition or against your own desire for justification for God, I've felt I've stood there intellectually naked for what I've seen as obvious weaknesses. This has been changed by my own NDNID, modal 4-fold God to some degree, but that good quantum-step forward. All in all, critcism against these Ontological Arguments, starting with Anselm and adding up with names such as Einstein and Gödel is brought to light because of my desire to provide something more definite, something harder and I think I've accomplished this!
In some sense his argument also comes down to this (by definition and how description is set-up): If there exists a God then a God exists (and this is necessary because God existence makes God necessary).
    The url reference: http://www.youtube.com/all_comments?v=zd9LjE4U-68 !
There can be some good books that sum up the Ontological Arguments if you want to buy one or if you want to investigate yourself by the Internet, perhaps the journey itself may be worth the turns of these Ontological Arguments. You to say... I have no time for it now!
Either way, you can check out the whole "dance" here on Stanford's that a fair account even from an academic point of view, not merely for the big public... Enjoy! Url: http://plato.stanford.edu/entries/ontological-arguments/#ChaOntArg.

  8. I hereby also claim that I have been central in bringing confidence to the Catholic Church's addition of all the science it has added under:
    http://www.casinapioiv.va/content/accademia/en.html and
    Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pontifical_Academy_of_Sciences
which has been preceded by the Galileo considerations and the colleagues he must have had with the Catholic Church as they have been the star-gazers, the early astronomers of those times.
This has lead me to find the Catholic Church's "Scientific Section", one that at the time only contained two documents, I can't remember the titles, but of the more typical theological kinds. However, after my reporting to the Vatican that "in identifying God's ways in nature", they could expand the "Scientific Section" greatly and thus present a kind of "God's Science" to its followers, generating (much) more, possibly, confidence with them that the Catholic Church now has gained "control" in scientific questions, and yes, that the old lines have now been picked up again. I've been part of this effort (or central to it) and I, one way or the other, have put my name behind this turn ALL THE WAY to the end (of my life, at least)! Cheers!
(Only a bit of bragging, I guess. I also happen to lack the very message I've sent to the Catholic Church at the time, but I'll look for it and "suspects" are the Facebook groups of the Catholic Church or one of Christianity. I also have some private files for it, after reporting "American Psycho" to it, the Church for "banning", that it is "unholy"!)

  13. Jesus 2nd Coming, one interpretation, now that I've declared "Metaphysical Jesus" / "Jesus as the Fulfillment of the 10 Commandments" , in a sense, "God to God self", yet unknown...

(but these hysterical people, you must understand...)

So I read the Bible's word for Jesus' 2nd Coming as a _hope_ for stating an undoing of the people's (Pontius Pilatus) crucifixion of exactly Jesus, and that as he returns, by a kind of Buddhistic Reincarnation, directly from Heaven and God self, to "take the promised land" back to God, if not only to oversee that it has returned to God self, by personal confirmation, that is, so to make the promised land the Promised Land, but never before Utopia (or the final days of the Earth).

  14. Another point is to come up, in Adam being created by God as matter of human being, separating right from wrong, and with the Holy Ghost, but also that Eve being created from his rib, that I interpret for being Adam by God allowing/preserving/creating Eve by his manly defence and character exactly under God.

Yes, that again, the storytelling is in and that the text again presents us with metaphor of the reasonable kind, but also the sense from a person with a deep feeling that this is important to add to the Bible.

  15. The Scientific Bible 2.0 - A Commentary to All Valid Holy Books

There are lots of other "scientific ...

  16. bibles" from what I can find on Amazon.

One the other hand, all the other trees of good knowledge are there where you can eat all the fruit you can possibly have the appetite for! ...

I've also made God/Deity belief for the World wide population by 4-fold solution to God, thus intellectually defeating Atheism in general! ...

    Hallelujah!
Just in case it's worth something, it may be that my interpretation as suggestion to Christianity may unite it to Islam and Judaism because it hypothetically can be accepted in all three, yet only has a definite status in one → Concl: Theology stays the same, but the 3, JCI now with the possibility to share a greater deal of understanding and coming across as honest, cross-religiously with this. ...

It should be obvious that these are very important to Christianity all over the World and I hope others follow up if my chances for doing this are lost or if I'm too encumbered with other matters, one way or another. ...

2 Let Israel rejoice in him that made him: let the children of Zion be joyful in their King.

4 For the Lord taketh pleasure in his people: he will beautify the meek with salvation.

Indeed, I think we have or we've had this opportunity sufficiently for us to say that God is God, that God is perfect and that the principles need to be carried through, no matter what! ...

  25. Over the Original Sin
In addressing the Original Sin, if we start with the Genesis, it tells us that God creates the Universe and all in it.

But going to the core, one that I'm allowed given the storytelling nature, I only need to "listen" to the 10 Commandments and the 7 Cardinal Virtues and reject the 7 Cardinal Sins to get to Heaven. The sinners aspect in "falling from Eden" because they've eaten from the Tree of Knowledge on How to Torture People or do sins has NO bearing necessarily, on my life, because I only need to live "up to" God, to think about a decent end to Heaven. The sinners aspect must therefore be considered a type of secondary because the very sinners never make it to Heaven at ALL!

You can't tell people they are sinners from birth and then make the innuendo for them to do sins more. This is to lead people ASTRAY from the Bible, which is a very deep sin, one that puts YOU away from the Bible itself!

So just tell them to focus on the 10 Commandments and the 7 Cardinal Virtues and the people you tell it to and yourself are bound to grow by it!

    The Two Slayers of Satan
Let's refresh our Latin a bit: St. Sataniel, the Devil's Advocate under God's Perfect Judgment means, as name, the one who kills the Devil, by Satan-i-el, i being the killing, el being the scythe!

Just another claim for Satan's head because St. Michael is known as the Satan slayer by the sword!

Either way, when the explicit God's view is the one for making as many souls return "home" as possible, I don't think God views his "Satan below" with any other mindedness than that (old) junkyard of garbage, even buried a long time ago!

More on the Bible as well, claim: instead of throwing oneself in to prove that Noah's Ark never could experience flooding like that, I claim instead that Noah's Ark is really the story-telling/metaphor of how human kind assumes at the time of writing or later the responsibility of all animals (and nature too, at the time of writing) and also has the responsibility to "ship" this to a better future, safely into the future, well-knowing that life can be a matter of "high seas" and "more calm seas" and that human kind now, at the time of writing controls fire and hunt animals effectively!

So in drawing the line today, 12th November, 2013, yet with an unfinished Scientific Bible 2.0 project I consider it foreseeably finished with
    * maximal explanatory appeal under Perfect God and God's Perfect Drama
    * maximal consistency, by interpretation, admitting not one logical contradiction
and that this should, by no doubt, serve the World in the strongest sense, religiously, from my background of the Bible, but also every other, starting outward, Catholic Bible, Torah, Quran, Bahai's Holy Book, the Holy Books of Hinduism and Buddhism, etc. Enjoy, continuing the Global Communion of Religiousness from a while ago, early 2013(?, or whatever history tells us)!

    - "...the words of Allah/God revealed to Muhammad through the archangel Gabriel.[29][30][31]"

    (From Wikipedia.)

    When it says that
    - "...the words of Allah/God revealed to Muhammad through the archangel Gabriel.[29][30][31]"

our words of science can convert this to modern language by:
    - that he has intended to say two things: Telepathy and "A beautiful person" as (telepathic or imaginary) impression, that he has named "angel Gabriel".

    Giving us:
    - "...the words [the Quran] "of Allah/God" by Telepathy to/from the hand of Muhammad through the (telepathic) impression of "a beautiful person" named "Archangel Gabriel".[29][30][31]"

    Matthew 6:9-15
    New International Version (NIV)

    "Our Father in Heaven"

9 “This, then, is how you should pray:

    "'Our Father in Heaven,
    hallowed be your name,
    10 your kingdom come,
    your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
11 Give us today our daily bread.
12 And forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
13 And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from the evil one.
for yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.'

    Opinion:

    When it says,

"12 And forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.",

I interpret it to mean that we only forgive the forgivable. We are still not sheep to the slaughter and have no duties to behave like sheep either, being without teeth.
No, I think it means that we are supposed to come to (heavenly) agreement on Earth to better enjoy God's miracles of creation TOGETHER and leave aside the smaller squabbles so that bigger challenges can be taken on more effectively and thus the squabbles can be compensated for and yet peace can be achieved so as for everyone to reach true happiness. Remember also the evangelical duties toward other human beings and that every human being is God's miracle.

  35. The essential Bible, starting with the most important:

    * God
    * Jesus Christ
    * The Holy Ghost/Spirit
    * Heaven
    * The 10 commandments
    * The cardinal virtues
    * Eternity
    * The soul
    * The law of retribution
    * The love to next of kin, friendly person (...and not any enemy at all!)
    - main story-line in the New Testament
    * The creation, nature, human kind, etc.

    The dangers are given by:

    * The cardinal sins
    * The purgatory
    * Hell
    * The devil / Belsebub (The master of the flies/insects as people, I suppose, dangerous people)

If we believe in these above "entities" while reading the Bible, we secure a "better" Christianity, I believe.

Likewise, we find the essentials by the Holy Books of Buddhism, Islam, Hinduism, Bahai Faith etc.

    Cheers!

  36. Matthew 20:28
    New International Version (NIV)
28 "...just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many."

This is about Jesus bringing the word from God, the holy message of the miracle. But this is also about the Cardinal virtue of "Industrious", that everybody must do one's part of work to community, and in a sense this is reiterated right here. In essence, therefore, this is not about "ransom" as in criminal terms, no, this is about work being valuable to many and that therefore, this work pays for the work of many as well as for the one who is doing it, in this case, Jesus Christ, also with the word of this.

Conclusion: Not criminal "ransom" money, threatening to make us all criminals as with Pontius Pilatus and choosing the outright criminal for pardoning and Jesus Christ being crucified, but rather the effect itself of intellectual work causing positive effects in community for the many and making the life for one as well.

  37. To "Love your enemies" there is JUSTICE also

To Matthew 5:44 - 48 "Love your enemies"

I'd merely say that to eradicate evil there is only one answer: JUSTICE! So it must follow, from the perfection/love of God directly that also "the love to your enemies" can never be so misplaced that the (hard) notion of JUSTICE falls away! The key word here is COMPASSION to all human beings despite all suffering, one's own included, one that (even) extends to "your enemy" in being the super-concern for all human beings in finding the best path forward in choosing destiny, not that your enemy gets away with anything.

Equally so, obedience to society does not entail, analogously, the slavery to/in this society. No, rather, the symmetric term is the law-abiding citizen. This is the modern sense, clearly.

True! To justifiably hate your enemy, i.e., in levelling a kind of contempt, Matthew 5:43 checks in as expected, I find!

This falls in line with the time of telling in the Bible since the fall from Eden on the return to The promised land, Eden again, in being context here.

  40. One interpretation:

First of all, if Jesus is God's son as we all are created by God and he does really well as God's son (also born by Virgin Mary), why shouldn't he be God in Trinity as he is perfection in flesh and blood before ascending to God (again)?

As one reads the Bible, one easily notes the many turns up and down, from victory to defeat to victory again.

Jesus on the cross is no different, I believe:

    1. Pilate, representing Roman occupying forces and the seat as Governor, and the mob crowd, including the high prieste, make sure Jesus gets crucified and Barabbas pardoned. This seems utterly sinful and may represent the 2nd Fall of Humanity (let's say the 1st is the Fall from Eden).

    2. Jesus is victorious over death. Jesus as God's son has shown his power that in turn compels us.

    3. God's son ascends to Heaven and takes his place beside God. It's then a given, if not before, that Jesus commands us through his life on Earth as well as we are commanded by God to do what's (ethically/morally) good!

No! No particular inconsistencies from Old Testament to New Testament, the Bible as a whole must be respected (no evil allowed, certainly not in Heaven).

    From
    Matthew 27: https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Matthew%2027...
    Mark 15: https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Mark%2015...
    Luke 23: https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Luke%2023...

As such, this represents religious text to me, possibly holding metaphors and the rest. I do not enter the discussion concerning its historical validity in being a correct account of what has actually taken place (eg. the name Barabbas).

Turning to logic again, given my position as Christian Deist, I live out science by God's fingers, God's ways of reality. Thus I take great pleasure in science, both by learning and doing "a bit" of research myself. From this position of a kind of Scientific Deism, there are the strong points of seeing God more loosely and interpreting the Bible more loosely as well, taking great care of Christian/Kantian ethics and morality in the modern and moderate sense.

"He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God."
    Micah 6:8 NIV

  41. My view of Evil, Hell and the Devil is that they have potentially existed forever as well as God, Heaven and Goodness.
I take this, Primordial Evil, from Genesis 1:3-5,
"3 And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. 4 God saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness. 5 God called the light “day,” and the darkness he called “night.” And there was evening, and there was morning — the first day."

As such, the sins, "inherited sin" and being sinful, should not be underestimated. There are no duties toward "respecting evil", I think. Good life for all religious people should happen as soon as possible, no delay made to this end.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Another point:
When the Bible says that God created the Heavens and the Earth, it must be understood as God has made all that's physical and that, as before, the Devil is that darkness of primordial issue, domain, etc.

    ReplyDelete
  43. And I counter by saying that the Bible is written by people and that one needs logic and coherency in order to make it meaningful, possible to follow by 10 Commandments and Golden Rule Christians. The people who have written the Bible may have been this and that person with their own wishes for future generations so as to impart difficulties in their time to these. Still God of goodness, I insist. God exists and God is entirely good.

And I cite: Genesis 1:1-25 with link too so people can see for real: https://www.biblestudytools.com/genesis/1.html.

By further consideration of the whole chapter of Isaiah 45, I must say that I think Isaiah 45:7 seems written with the intent to instill respect or fear of God in the righteous, the Christians, because it also says "the just God" and several other positive descriptions of God. So, there, you! (This also by my "pet project", The Scientific Bible 2.0.)

Note: (a partly) evil God simply makes the whole Bible to fall apart along with not obeying the 10 Commandments and the Golden Rule.

    ReplyDelete
  44. The consistent Bible under a wholly good God:
For example, taking God to be the creator of all physical and that the primordial Devil is the counterpart in a battle to win souls to one's domain, Heaven and Hell, without going further than that. One should also remember that, initially, every person is God's temple, living life according to God's will, that is, that of goodness and toward Heaven as one dies. It seems also straight to assume that The 10 Commandments and the Golden Rule are created and communicated to humanity for the sake of goodness, entirely. "Not to imply that God has given rules to be violated so that souls are sent to Hell." Thus, to live with God's blessing or salvation (toward Heaven) seems to nullify the need for any (other) theodicy. All this says quite clearly that there can be no contradictions in the Bible despite the fact that the Bible is written by human beings "by divine commands" or intuitions or innermost sincere feelings or intellectual worries for the grandness of planet Earth and the Universe with it.

It spells out in sincerity from existing in reality "regardless of what people by school books say in 2018". That is, the reality still must be considered fantastic. Btw, circularity suggests defeat on grounds of the Bible and shouldn't be admitted, I think, because no such thing is necessary. The Bible speaks for the best.

The Bible is written by human beings and human beings have wishes toward this and that end, "despite divine commands". One may write that "God creates evil" in wanting to use a linguistic whip to keep people in check, as one example. It must be understood that people 1500 years ago, along with oral tradition, have had no database to check for logical inconsistencies and all that. We have that now and I, for one, want to undertake a teaching project, making it possible for people today to hold religious beliefs stalwartly!

  45. On "Love your enemy" and "turn the other cheek"

The way I see it, these 2 terms are about friends with whom you have a disagreement with. So, if you face a friend with whom you (strongly) disagree and you're not willing to leave your point, you may "turn the other cheek" given you're slapped once by your friend in this discussion (of importance).

"Love your enemy" is similar. Your friend with whom you strongly disagree, you should always love because outside disagreement you are in fact friends.

Therefore, the 2 terms should read: "love your friend despite (strong) disagreement" and "turn the other cheek to your friend if you strongly believe in what you say and despite the fact that you have been slapped on the other cheek".

Enemies who threaten your way to Heaven and your moral life, however, should always get killed! (Or put in prison... or whatever...)

  47. I find that the Bible must be understood in context to the times of its creation by the authors. What the Bible says may be attempts to improve the morality of that era.

However, we now live in 2018 and I find that new challenges that endangers people true religious lives must be addressed and that, therefore, people must acknowledge the moral project of the Bible to create the Earth as a place of great joy and inspiration. To suggest that the Earth must be a place of Evil is a notion that I find contradictive to the main message of the Bible which must be that of goodness of God to the people of the Earth, in life and to Heaven!

It may as well be that the first demons have been reported by schizophrenics in ancient times, saying that Demons made them do very immoral acts (as excuse as well).

Are the souls in Heaven any less perfect than on Earth? No, I don't think so! Thus, sex must be as good on Earth or even better, having been through the Purgatory in order to go to Heaven as a worthy soul.

Clearly, when you are so low that only torture of people can satisfy you "sexually" or the evil in you, then what is Hell like for you, sex-wise? See The Bad People List.

Though, some people mistake the seriousness religious people put into their religious lives in terms of making the whole of reality come together with the religious conviction.

So, clearly, I have absolutely no problem with science and the story of the Bible. Until then, science remains science and the story of the Bible is named poetry or thereof. However, beyond science, religion is the feeling of something true out there, so to speak.

Religion is a belief because one way or another it is TRUE!

That being said, it should also be clear that I support the "common" suspicion or perception that there are 1000 Jesus Christ persons in the 100 % Christian Bible (also confirmed by OR gate testing, Quantum Computing).

Thus, the main point with Jesus Christ in the Bible is to tell about the difficulties and also to say that to crucify "the 1000 Jesus Christs" has been utterly CRUEL!

  63. Why is it that the innocent African boy dies of hunger in Africa (even though years ago now)?

Can it be that we in Europe and America, USA and Canada, have listened to The Holy Ghost the best and lived the word of God the best also, given absolutely all truths in the World, if they be from Allah or any other Deity from any other religion whatsoever?

In all World of truth, some people tend to do better. In our case, USA is actually the leading star of the World. They are the least affected by Original Sin from the mistakes of our ancestors, also by them choosing to respect their fellow neighbour with the self-defence, the 2nd Amendment (and the rest of course, The Bill of Rights, etc.).

So that's what I want to say: the Original Sin is effective in the World today, like it or not! We are affected by the mistakes from history each and every day!
