The Call to Stop the Efforts against Terror by Use of Military Forces!

The World with my support, by this, is now in position to demand the efforts against terrorism for STOPPED, plainly. The foundation for this is the Terror-Organisations List from EU that looks embarrassingly regional-like, that is, they are all from Middle East and Africa, except 2, with one from Europe to be soon "disbanded", and by U. S. American levels of corruption (i.e., the Financial Radicalism from them), it's easy, really easy, to understand that they can be instigated, under poverty and global injustice, toward waging terrorism. It seems to me that the questions of terrorism can be worked against in different ways than by the "terror of the Red Mask", returning the lunacy nature of terrorism nowadays, 2013, everywhere.

So the first action is to label terrorism for lunacy under poverty and global injustice.

Conclusion: the efforts against terrorism must be stopped NOW because we have achieved systematic control everywhere on the planet and that plain human nature wants peace and well-being. The surveillance possibilities are also now many, supporting heavy weapons teams of police rather than a clampdown on populations altogether.

Supporting facts.
USA is indeed not that superior:

USA work of Stanley Milgram's Learning Experiment is not needed in the World. People don't, commonly, accept torture as means for learning (and not to themselves either). (Stanley  Milgram can be accused of corruption "for the door, the phone to police and on campus people and companion with the actor.)
USA work of Stanford Prison Experiment is not needed. Corrupt investigation can be a plausible objection to it and punishment is either way common-sense!
USA perception of Slipknot Laws is not needed. It's about the Payment Slip (laws) in being able to conduct work under legal protection, the working society.

USA isn't always intelligence (services) and can at times be easily objected too!

2. Premises of modern society and information society alike put "terrorism" into the lunacy category and not the intention of putting an entire people under terror!

2nd: Nations/states which are suffering under "unrest", i.e., the civil unrest, are subject to UN peace keeping forces and not something else. Terrorism however can enter in parallel.

Note: for the terror-organisations list, see Wikipedia and EU too, please.
Note2: USA is known for "War on Terror", but with massive idiocy such as Echelon/Prism and much destruction and human suffering all over the World!
Note3: for use of drones to terror-fighting countries, advanced surveillance options, minimal use of "military capacities".
Note4: There are many nations involved in UN Peacekeeping Operations and just to mention two groups of people from other places than the "Western",  Gurkha and Egyptian forces.

  2. Commented list directly from the EU listing that I consider to be the "best", given various circumstances in the World.

    2. Groups and entities

    1. "Abu Nidal Organisation" – "ANO" (a.k.a. "Fatah Revolutionary Council", a.k.a. "Arab Revolutionary Brigades", a.k.a. "Black September", a.k.a. "Revolutionary Organisation of Socialist Muslims") - At least an organisation with background from the Middle East, Palestine? With the Palestinians still struggling for fundamental rights, 40 years + and going.

    2. "Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigade" - The Middle East based.

    3. "Al-Aqsa e.V." - The Middle East based, but with Dutch "e.V.". They are organised as official organisation in Holland?

    4. "Al-Takfir" and "Al-Hijra" - Middle East based.

    5. "Babbar Khalsa" - probably Middle East? Sounds like Iranian.

    6. "Communist Party of the Philippines", including "New People's Army" – "NPA", Philippines - This organisation has its headquarters in the jungle and I think they are beaten by and large. Bitsy here and bitsy there.

    7. "Gama'a al-Islamiyya" (a.k.a. "Al-Gama'a al-Islamiyya") ("Islamic Group" – "IG") - The old Algerian GIA? At least Algeria, I think.

    8. "İslami Büyük Doğu Akıncılar Cephesi" – "IBDA-C" ("Great Islamic Eastern Warriors Front") - Turkey?

    9. "Hamas", including "Hamas-Izz al-Din al-Qassem" - Lebanon and Palestine (Gaza "strip").

    10. "Hizbul Mujahideen" – "HM" - Afghanistan? Middle East based.

    11. "Hofstadgroep" - This is the shining terrorist organisation of Europe, one that we should "disband". I see no (theoretical) possibility for them in Europe as EU is known to combat terrorism.

    12. "Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development" - Middle East based? I think it's Arab/Muslim...

    13. "International Sikh Youth Federation" – "ISYF" - Sikhs carrying out terrorism in India? India has been struggling with various big and small terrorist/political attempt attacks the recent years, quite against a World of progress.

    14. "Khalistan Zindabad Force" – "KZF" - India?

    15. "Kurdistan Workers' Party" – "PKK", (a.k.a. "KADEK", a.k.a. "KONGRA-GEL") - Turkey/Iraq. Again, notions on the Kurds from above.

    16. "Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam" – "LTTE" - Sri Lanka. This organisation is known to have lost all territory and I'm not sure if it exists even, other than to provide strength for providing the former Tamil people rights.

    17. "Ejército de Liberación Nacional" ("National Liberation Army") - Latin America, somewhere.

    18. "Palestinian Islamic Jihad" – "PIJ" - The Palestinian people fighting for its rights. Well, well, it says "terrorist".

    19. "Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine" – "PFLP" - Same as above.

    20. "Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine – General Command" (a.k.a. "PFLP – General Command") - Same as above.

    No. 2 to follow...

  3. 21. "Fuerzas armadas revolucionarias de Colombia" – "FARC" ("Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia") - FARC of Colombia. Much news coverage some time ago, but now in silence. I think they are beaten. Little to wage either way, other than progress for Colombia, a country that has been known for drugs and corruption.

    22. "Devrimci Halk Kurtuluș Partisi-Cephesi" – "DHKP/C" (a.k.a. "Devrimci Sol" ("Revolutionary Left"), a.k.a. "Dev Sol") ("Revolutionary People's Liberation Army/Front/Party") - Turkish based?

    23. "Sendero Luminoso" – "SL" ("Shining Path") - I believe these people have been located to Peru or those places, but latest is that Peru has become a fairly tidy nation. No reports of "civil unrest" in Peru.

    24. "Stichting Al Aqsa" (a.k.a. "Stichting Al Aqsa Nederland", a.k.a. "Al Aqsa Nederland") - Al-Aqsa in Holland. That should make them Dutch! At least, Middle East background.

    25. "Teyrbazen Azadiya Kurdistan" – "TAK" (a.k.a. "Kurdistan Freedom Falcons", a.k.a. "Kurdistan Freedom Hawks") - Kurdistan is usually the territory shared between Turkey and Iraq, with the Kurdish people trying, outside international convention, to form a nation. Kurds have suffered much injustice in the past which is their reasoning for doing this.

    Any good?

  4. To all anti-terror work in the World

    Solution:
All requests, fx. Echelon/Prism, military operations, for wide-scale anti-terrorist operations need to go through the UN Security Council, effectively making it a hearing of the requesting nation/"sovereign state".

    Peacekeeping missions are handled separately.

This constitutes a kind of international restriction on all nations, especially USA and its wide-scale, non-effective, non-constructive "War on Terror". Indeed, they have an additional charge by Financial Redicalism by greedy/powerhungry/corrupt Military Complex from above the Singular U. S. American Business Network.

Note: Nation-specific anti-terrorist work is to go through as usual, all instructions, laws and regulations and ethical guidelines included.
